News about new turtle in new series

it better not be like the real-life thing. i watched a couple of those episodes and it sucked like poo. the acting sucks, the storyline sucked, the costume sucked and the joke sucked. i like the cartoon or the movies. the writers better not change anything to drastic that it would ruin the whole genre.

and another note. the humour was bad. they tried to make it humourous and appealing to little kids but they failed bad. i like the violence they had with the cartoons and the humour in the movie was funny. people shoule quit trying to be funny even though they are not funny (including film/script writers who can't write for beans).

well they once were in the power ranger or viceversa, i think the turtles were the guests in the ranger's show, i only saw a few eps of tnm, i only liked the intro music :D.....ah! don't kill me cuz i liked something from tnm :D :goof:

I have mixed feelings about TNM, actually. On paper, it sounded good. But actually watching it, in full Sabanized glory.. *shudder*

It irritated me how they portrayed Venus like some dumb Asian chic, made Mikey act like he was gay (and WHY was he and Leo sleeping on the couch with their legs intertwined *gives Kali a wink*), and the bandanas and that coat thing Splinter wore... ugh! What is up what covering there faces like that. Majore huge reason why I liked TNM Raph.. he was sooooo normal compared to the rest of em!

Oh.. and here's a little insider fact I heard, the person inside Splinter was actually a woman (who smoked)!

LOL! OMG, I never noticed that before! Well, I did notice that they were sleeping that way, I just never consciously connected it. Maybe subconsciously. :lol:

There were a lot of things I didn't like about the show. Like the sound effects and the catch phrases and some of the characterizations. All in all, though, I enjoyed it. But I think it had a LOT of potential to be better if only it had been made by a different company, and not Saban.

GRRRR...I wish I could say whether or not I like TNM, but the video I ordered is taking FOREVER to get here. Damn media mail. Half.com has great prices, but sometimes the sellers aren't very on the ball.

:evilgrin: i liked the new look of the Ninja Turtles and I definitley liked the transportation. Yes, Saban rooned (ruined) the Ninja Turtles, but they did give them somewhat of a good look. The Turtle Hummer and Raphael riding out in a motorbike. This definitely gave an idea that the Ninja Turtles were a bit more grown than they were before (although they didn't act like it).

By the way... i did see the Ninja Turtles (of the next mutation) in a Power Rangers episode. I loved the original Power Rangers until they came up with all these new ones and all these replacement characters. :x i hated that!!! But i liked how the Ninja Turtles were the bad guys in that Power Rangers episode. They took over the Power Ranger ship and caused the AI in the ship to go at their commands!!! YEAH!!! HEEL TURTLES!!! Gotta love em.
