I need this…Plus it's a last minute, thinly veiled St. Patrick's Day reference.

Anyone have a discontinued* product they miss dearly?

*Extinct would be a better word.

Actually, I think the Chipwich Ice Cream things are still around. Maybe not in some places, but I still see them.

One I miss is a perfume I used to use called Rosebud. It's been DC'ed for years, though. but it was always my favorite- smelled just like a bouquet of roses. But not overpowering.

TMNT Pies, Oreo O's Cereal, and Crispy M & M's: yes, yes, and yes!!! To heck with those new Pretzel M & M's. :tmad:

I really did enjoy Oreo O's Cereal and I don't even like Oreo Cookies! I guess something I'd love back would be Crunchabungas, TMNT Ice Cream Bars, and those Cheetos Flaming Cheese Balls thing-a-ma-bobs. They were hot Cheetos balls in a hourglass like plastic can. I loved those so much.

I actually like the pretzel M&M's...but not as much as the crispy ones.

The TMNT ice cream bars are still around, but they're still sold in 2K3 packaging for some reason in ice cream trucks (maybe that will change this summer, though)

Hey ObiWanFan4life, I've seen a cereal out there also by Kellogg's called Krave that is S'mores flavored. This may taste like that older cereal that you used to eat.

I actually like the pretzel M&M's...but not as much as the crispy ones.

The TMNT ice cream bars are still around, but they're still sold in 2K3 packaging for some reason in ice cream trucks (maybe that will change this summer, though)

Yeah I didn't like the pretzel ones but I guess I'm just unhappy that they replaced the crispy ones, many years later, with the pretzel ones. I was able to eat a couple of TMNT ice cream bars when I went to Washington DC at those ice cream trucks! I really wish they would sell them in stores again!

By the way, I think those Cheetos snacks I mentioned in my first post were called Asteroids.

About three or four years ago I randomly started seeing them again in Wal-Mart stores but after about a year they vanished again. I enjoyed my revisiting of those snacks too for that year!

You and PD Donnie would get along great with all those Pop Tarts. lol

For SO many years I'd waiting for them to bring back the PB&J Pop Tarts. Finally they have. Sorta. The originals I loved around 4th grade were grape, not strawberry, but it's a start.

Still sad that the Chili Nut M&M's didn't win the vote. (Coffee Nut won. Honey Nut also lost.) I still look for them, wishing the darn company would just bring them back already. Why did that have to be limited edition only when other new flavors just...happen, all unlimited like. Forget thew new caramel, give me the Chili Nut!

Crush soda also needs to bring back Leo's limited edition Berry Punch. I'm not a big soda drinker, mostly just the likes of Ginger Ale and Sprite, but that was surprisingly good.

I don't think I've had Dunkaroos since I was four or so.
Maybe it's gone invisible because I'm a Grown Up™, but I miss that yogurt with the sprinkles in the lid. That's the good stuff, man.

If you don't mind a whole gallon of the stuff...one pack of Grape to one pack of Lemonade recreates it pretty well.

I miss Butterfinger BBs. Those little bite sized balls of Butterfinger were great. I tried the Butterfinger Bites, but they just aren't quite the same.

Don't think I ever tried the Turtle pies either...

If Hostess won't bring them back, I wish Tastykake would take up the mantle instead. They've got fruit pies that are essentially the same type Hostess makes, it wouldn't be hard to do a pudding version and ice the thing. Plus, they already teamed up with TMNT with promo packaging on other goodies for the last film, lets just take the TMNT relationship further with the pies. :)

Though I'd like to see a green pudding variant so it looks like it's full of green ooze. :P

How about all those products that still exist today but taste different because of all the changes in their ingredients because of regulation?
Or via cutting corners.

I loved the Nissin Chow Mein Teriyaki Beef ramen noodles. Kind of addicted to it. But they had to go and ruin it... The packet of dried veggies, etc. to mix into it is no longer separate, it's just automatically in the carton now with the noodles. And unfortunately I have a strong hate for the onion/green onion that's in it. As a separate packet I could pick out the dried beef, carrot, and mushroom bits and add just those. Now... the onion crap gets all up in throughout the dried block of noodles it's not worth the time of trying to get it shaken out, and I've tried more than once; got a lot out and yet there was still more post cooking. (It's ridiculous how much is even in there.) I miss it so much and other brands are hardly anywhere near as good. :ohwell:

I kinda wish Pepsi still used the old logos. As a kid I used to keep Pepsi cans as souveneirs due to how awesome I thought the logo looked and because I used to play the game "PepsiMan" alot on my PS1. While I don't mind the new logo, I wonder why they changed it from something that looked so much cooler? I want the days back when I admired my junk food's marketing dammit.
