Who Can Identify These Non TMNT Figures??

[JayDubs]

You guys have been great helping me out with other figures... Anyone know who these two figures are? I just got a great deal on a TMNT Lot and these two guys were included. I really only collect TMNT so I have no idea who these are!

Thanks, I really appreciate the help!
