I noticed ABC family was playing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles(1990) earlier. I hope this means the old movies are gonna start being shown frequently and on more channels leading up to the release of the new film. Anyone else find another channel set to play one of them?

I noticed that too, Though I already own all of them on BluRay anyways. :)

I got the 25th anniversary collectors set when it came out. I was going to buy them again on Blu-ray but I heard it didn't make that much of a difference and there was a part cut out apparently.

I didn't buy the 25th anniversary set since I wanted it individually, So I managed to buy all the 3 movies on BluRay at a Walmart, And then getting the 4th one through Amazon, I remember posting a pic of that on a thread here a couple of months ago. :)

I don't think anything was cut, but I can only speak for North America.

Nah, I'd looked at the site for my tv/internet provider last night to see what any upcoming listings it might find, that was the only one that showed up for me.

Though ironically I hunted it down online elsewhere last night instead because the listing showed a channel number I don't have.. and then I found it on reg ABC Family channel when I woke up.. >.>

Maybe they will start playing them more though between now and the movie release. I hadn't seen these movies in forever (watched them all online last night), it was nice to see them again. I kinda still actually like the third one, too, it has it's own charms about it.
