Where can I find out the release dates for this film? I heard it comes out in the UK in October (!) , so happy to fly to germany if it comes out sooner there (can't quite afford new york in the summer!)

Any ideas?

I expect they start showing the TMNT film on October 16th in the UK, they always show big movies on a Thursday.

I really hope TMNT isn't affected by piracy in terms of audience figures.
I really want it to do well worldwide but 2-3 months difference will not bode well :(

Navigating the movie forums is going to be difficult for anyone who wants to stay spoiler-free...

I'm sorry some of you have to wait until Oct for the movie... but we Americans know how you feel. There is a growing trend where even American movies sometimes release in the UK before here.

Amazing Spider-Man 2 opened April 16th just about everywhere except in the USA... where we did not get it until May 2nd.

Winter Soldier released March 13th everywhere... except the USA, which got it April 4th.

How is that fair? These are American franchises dammit :)

Anyway hold tight and avoid spoilers come Aug 8th international friends!

I think i might just stay clear of the forum from Aug 8th till October lol. It's the only way I won't ruin it for myself

I still haven't made up my mind about what to do come august;)...
but I can watch something that I like often and enjoy myself without any harm...
but it sure would have ruled to see this in theaters with the rest of the world;(

I feel sorry to anyone who lives in Japan who want to see the film, they have to wait till December 19th.

I hope piracy doesn't affect this film but I wonder as that Paramount were taking down leaked trailers and images ect. I wonder they if will get more strict with piracy and take down the website that have the illigal download film on it.

If I did end up downloading and watching it before it comes out in UK, I will still go see it at the cinema anyway.

Yay for once Sweden doesn't have to wait.

Agreed. Most movies I go to watch in the cinema are Disney and other movies that are geared toward children, so it always takes forever for them to get here because of the dubbing.

I noticed that Transformers 4 has been brought forward by a week from July 10th to July 5th in the UK so i'm crossing my fingers and hope they move TMNT release date earler.
