How many of the three packs were released? I heard someone speaking of a third one tonight. I thought there were only 2. Thanks.

Well first you had the Foot Soldier - Mikey - Raph 3pack
and the Leo - Don - Shredder 3pack.

Now you can also buy the Raph - Casey - Foot Soldier 3pack

I don't think they're exclusive to anywhere, especially since I've never heard of BJ's. I know Suncoast/Sam Goody, TRU, and Sams Club had the first two.
