For those not in the know, The Mysterious Mr. Enter is an increasingly popular cartoon reviewer who takes on bad cartoons in his series "Animated Atrocities". Often, these are "dud" episodes of good shows (Putting You Hoof Down, Everyone Knows It's Bendy, Sorry, Wrong Ed, etc) Is any episode of any TMNT show worthy of an Animated Atrocities review?

In my opinion, he should do at least one of the Vacation in Europe episodes.

Yeah, can't think of any off the top of my head, but the last time I watched the Vacation Eps. I was really, really angry that the show had ever sunk so low.

"The Turtle Terminator" from Season 3 is probably the worst animated episode of the entire show, couple with Raph's alternate voice actor and you have a horrible episode.

The concept isn't even that good, as it just consists of a robot Irma. They re-do the same plot with a robot Splinter in the Season 4 opener and its much better.

Episodes that come to mind are Sleuth On The Loose, Mr. Ogg Comes To Town, & the one with the hillbilly family committing crimes in the city, the latter being my most hated episode.

The recap episode, "Blast from the Past" was also pointless, but then again it was a clip show episode.

You know you could probably chop a good 50 episodes out of the OT, and you'd still have a almost 150 episode series. Pretty impressive.

Oh my GOD, f*cking OGG.

Dude, f*ck your mouth for even bringing that up. I've been trying to FORGET!!!

I love Rob Paulsen so much that if he asked me in the right manner I'd probably divorce my wife and even I can't defend Ogg.

I got so upset I couldn't even spell his name right.

Just awful. I like to imagine he died off-screen, possibly raped to death by Bebop and Rocksteady when they were high on angel dust.

What? It was a weird f*cking show!

What about Atrocity episodes of 2k3 and Nick, not just the OT? I personally think "Turtle Temper" might be a good candidate.

Mr. Ogg is a good episode, I don't even care.

You get to see weird ass inter-dimensional **** even Krang doesn't have proper countermeasures for. You learn that Shredder is somehow keeping a pottery collection in the technodrome. It's sort of a lot of flavor info about the villains which a show of this type really doesn't have to do, but they did it anyway.

Seriously is there a worse place than the technodrome to house a pottery collection? The place has to be full of insane vibrations when it's WORKING, let alone when it's being throw into the ocean / a volcano / sucked through a dimensional vortex.

The worst episodes are the ones with Irma's horrible boyfriend. The Europe episodes are bad because they could have actually had something cool and educational at the same time but instead it was treating fictional things as history and presenting those pretty poorly even then. The continuity was also all over the damn place.

I can probably go through a number of episodes that could be on animated atrocities from all the OT, 2003, and 2012 series.

One of the atrocious OT episodes I can think of right now it the episode where an absentminded professor that Donatello idolizes has a enlarging ray. The ray hits, the professors pet monkey making him into a 30 foot tall ape who falls in love with April. And then Donatello is hit with the ray and made 30 foot tall to.

There were a few lines I'm surprised made it past the censers.

Another ep is the Shredderville story line.

I like him a lot as well but I can't defend characters like Ogg or Zach.

To be fair, it's not like he scripted it, I don't think. Guy's just doin' his job...

Ogg is just a Peewee parody anyway, it worked at the time.

OT:
Four Muskaturtles. It's just Leonardo reading a book and then falling on his head making him think he's a character from said book (cliche), and him being a full-on jerk the rest of the episode.
Raphael Knocks 'Em Dead. Seriously, that episode had no point but Raphael just telling a bunch of *unfunny* jokes.
Nick:
The Kraang Conspiracy. Just no. The pacing, the twist, the... April Derp... it's all just wrong!
Pizza Face. I know some really seem to like this one, but for an episode that's supposed to revolve around the comedy, it shockingly isn't funny.
2k3:
Reflections. Like Blast from the Past, just a pointless clip show. It all just feels forced, as well.
Any episode with Garbageman. Light on the action and humor, and the villain has no motive nor belongs in the 2k3 series.

And, yes, I am aware of Mr. Enter's work. Dude really knows his stuff.
(Also, guys, c'mon! You're forgetting that Paulsen also voiced the ever-memorable Bubsy! Him and Ogg are like his top best characters! (if you're counting the annoyance they bring out))

The Pulverizer. Definitely one of the worst characters and episodes of the series.

I've been following Mr. Enter and I have sent a suggestion for him to look at Ninja Turtles. I'm sure a number of other people have as well.

The guy's most recent Animated Atrocity is Teen Titans Go so it's only a matter of time before he gets to TMNT.

Yes, I requested he looked at Same as it Never Was for an Admirable Animation. He's also remarked that the Nick show and Legend of Korra are the only shows worth watching on Nickelodeon at the moment, so it's likely.(http://mrenter.deviantart.com/journal/Whatever-Happened-to-Spongebob-441289453, Paragraph 9)

I agree wholeheartedly about those Nick episodes. I don't know why so many cartoons in the past decade, especially on Nick and CN, always rely on gross out humor.

As for 4Kids, I have a mixed reception about Reflections as well, but I have to disagree about the Garbageman episodes. I don't remember much about the second Garbageman episode, but I really enjoyed the first one. It showed the Turtle's relationship with the homeless, which I thought was pretty cool. It had a good balance of humor and action, such as the running gag with the other Turtle's one-liners being better than Michelangelo's, or the pursuit with the garbage truck and the Battle Shell. Overall, in my opinion it was a fun episode.

Wasn't Garbageman supposed to get another episode that was deemed "too hardcore" or whatever? Presumably they had somewhere they wanted to go with him, but having what was probably an important episode for the character arc cut down made them less likely to do anything else with him and so on.

The first Garbageman episode was fine, it was a remake of a B:TAS episode. It was the second one that was terrible.

Yeah there was suppose to be a story line in the lost season where it was revealed that Hun and Garbageman used to be conjoined twins. The two of them were separated by a back-alley surgeon, and Hun was kept but Garbageman was tossed in the trash. The story was scrapped because it was felt to be too dark.

He was in Shredderville, night of the rogues, a Rat king episode and Wingnut/Screwloose episodes, so I don't know why you're hating on his eps.

Most of them were great.

I meant when the episodes were revolved around him, not when he was pushed to the side as a supporting character in one act like Night of the Rogues and Shredderville. Zach and the Alien Invaders, in my opinion, was pretty bad and other episodes that revolved around him were terrible as well.

Zach starred in around 5 episodes and appeared in 7 overall. I liked the Wingnut episode and The Great Boldini wasn't bad either.

Zach didn't really bother me, I find him more standable than Irma usually, and as far as annoying kids in action cartoon series goes, he is no where near the top. Daniel from Transformers, and every other kid used in a TF animated series since Spike in the first 2 seasons of Generation One have been awful.

Didn't know they had that planned for Hun & Garbageman, man I love that concept, I would have loved to see where they would have taken both characters after revealing that. It could've been a great arc. I really dig Hun, so anytime they could flesh out his backstory and add more depth it was a plus (in my eyes at least).

Zach and the Neutrinos were mostly annoying in their first couple of eps. I guess the OT had some character development after all.

Then again, the older I get, the less I hate them. I wonder if I was just jealous that a few kids my age were hanging out with the turtles...

It was the voices, I guess. Plus, when I was a little kid I REALLY disliked the idea of romance in my cartoons. I wanted action, not KalaxMikey flirts.

The Gang's All Here was one of my least favorite episodes as well. The concept was interesting but poorly executed. How the hell did Mike lose his "turtle powers"? What powers? His martial arts abilities? Those aren't powers he gained out of the blue.

I think the idea was that he was in a different body so he didn't have as much time to adjust to it. I can only guess, though, as it is never explained.

I didn't like the couple of ones from the FW toon either. Well, the one where Shredder has to work with that other alien is alright. The island one was mediocre.
