View Full Version : A theater near me says it's showing TMNT 2014 on Monday at 10 AM?

I went to the IMDB page for this movie and at the top it said "Showtimes and Tickets: In theaters Monday" and I thought to myself "Wait, what?" And I tapped on it and it said a theater a half hour away from me is showing it a 10 AM. I don't know why it says that. If it really is showing it, then hell yeah I'm gonna go. But it might just be some sort of error, I dunno. I might call later and ask them if they really are showing it early, if so than I'm definitely gonna go.

Could it be related to the chance to win a private screening? Wouldn't have thought that would have been early though, nor listed, so maybe not.. Odd.

Let us all know the outcome. I wish I could go see it Monday...or tonight!

Fandago said the same thing here in Indianapolis. Once I looked into it further it was a showing for the 2007 version of the movie. That is probably what you have as well.
Oh and the tickets were also $1.00. That is another sign it isn't the new release.

If the tickets listed for a $1, definitely NOT for the new movie. I can buy Advanced Tickets for two showtimes, Friday and Saturday (Aug. 8 & 9), for the 3-D release. And those tickets are $12.50 a piece for adults and $9.75 a piece for children respectively.
Good thing we have a few Turtle fans, otherwise I'd back out due to those prices.

Wouldn't what A Little Too Raph? Pay those prices. I don't really like to either. But when you have a 5 year old, whose heart's set is on a movie, and you're unsure if there will be tickets left when it comes out, or completely sold out. Kind of puts you between a rock and a hard place. And we only get him every so often. So you know. I'd hate to have to deal with his broken heart. Doesn't help with all the TV spots too. I love them, but they're only getting this child more pumped up.

oh, I wouldn't back out....if it were just me I'd still pay the $13 to see the movie

Heh. Not being rude to my family, but if for some reason they can't go, my friend and I will find means to go lol. I'd pay $13 for myself gladly.

As would I. Although the first time I see it will be thanks to Crush Soda. Then the second time I see it will be in 3D with a buddy of mine

That's what I SHOULD be doing; the whole Crush soda deal.
Actually, I'm a bit ashamed of myself. My bro brought me a few Orange Crush and a Grape and I saw Turtles on them. But, I just wasn't thinking and just drank and never saved. Never thought to read the can, or to save them. I'm now beating myself greatly.
Funny thing is, he got those Turtle Crush Cans from a vending machine. Not in a store or anything.

The code is inside the box. I've been collecting the cans myself

I need to get my butt into gear and get some and do that before they are gone. Plus I wanna try Leo's flavor; sounds good. Just got to remember to punch in the holders and look in the box for the cans, than buy them first. Heard some boxes have the adverts on the outside, but no Turtle cans on the inside.

People on IMDb are claiming they have already seen the movie in a pre screening. They claim that there is an end credit scene depicting Baxter Stockman with a Rhino and a Pig (Rocksteady and Bebop I presume)
They say the movie is humorous throughout, with little plot, but long action scenes that are fast paced and quickly edited. Raphael has most of the bad ass scenes, Leo is the one who catches April when she is seen falling, Oruku Saki gets about 10 minutes of screen time. The total run time is no more than 90 mintues. It's rated PG-13 for mild language and intense action scenes.
Of course, take this with a grain of salt my dears!

Im still wondering if this guy is legit, It makes no sense that Leo was the one who caught April, when it was obviously Raphael. It just sounds strange.
