i read a new comic that had the turtles fighting a arnold shwarzenegger/terminator type guy it was a cool comic has anyone else read it.

Um it sounds to me he means that old Mirage one where that Arnold looking dude is on the cover. I don't konw the actual issue #, but it's an old b&amp;w one from way back.

I talked to a guy in the Downtown Comics the other day and he said that TMNT #4 (the new comic) is gonna be out sometime in July.

no i got it from a brand new comic catalog it just came out and i talked to the guys at dominions (comic shop) for him to place my order he said it was a new also.

Nope, it's not on Diamond's shipping list for July 3rd. They'll update it today at 5:00 Eastern Time with the next weeks shipment, maybe then.

According to Diamond comics it hasn't shipped yet, and I just checked, it isn't coming out July 10th either.

Officially, Image was an alternative universe. Image bought the rights from Mirage to do a TMNT comic and made 23 issues, then ended the series.

The new Mirage comics have nothing to do with the Image run, and totally ignores it.

The current series? It started last December I think, and issue four just came out and they come out every two months (maybe.) It takes place 15 years after the original Mirage comics, making the turtles about 30 now.

it would be good if they started something like two different tmnt comics, one based in after the first comic and one 15 years after, like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Mutant Ninja Turtles, as i haven't read those new comics i don't get used to the fact they r older :evilgrin:

Yeah the image comics arent the true tmnt! Anything that happened in image havent happened in new mirage comics! So it happens after volume 2
