Forum questions

[That Matt Guy]

I was over on those Paradigm City boards earlier, and I wondered why those boards have all of those neat features while this forum has none? No calendar, no upload image feature, etc.

[Raven]

ya, I was thinking the same thing a while back.

[Krang]

That's because those forums use different forum software which has those features built in, and I only have one license for it so I can only use it in one place. When phpBB 2.2 is released, several of those features will be available here. Besides, if I tried to convert these forums to different forum software, it would probably take a week to convert all of the users and posts... :P

[GK Punk]

Well that answers my question -_-;;;

[Sparvid]

When phpBB 2.2 is released...Is there some estimated date for that?

[Krang]

Unfortunately, no date has been given yet, but I'm guessing that it will be a few months from now. When the beta is out, I'll put up a test board like last time.
