I'd guess around November, but that's pure speculation with no fact whatsoever to back it up.

I read somewhere it said that wave 4 would be released in time for holiday shopping season......and soon after wave 5(armor turtles) will come out.....

Where did you read this. I read in Lee's Toy Review that they should be arriving in stores around September or October.
