DVD versions of Season 1?

On Amazon, there's a version 1 and version 2 of the first season? So what's the difference between the two? (And which version to get?)

Well when I did a search, all I got was this.

I didn't get a "version 1", so I'm not sure what the difference could be.

Are you talking about Region 1 and 2, maybe?

I think the only difference is the box art from what I remember...
It seemed to have a different kind of color shading.

The earlier releases where in volumes 1 being season 1 vol2 being season 2 vols3-6 being season 3.
Now with the season 3 being bundled in one release the repackaged vol1 as season 1 ( slightly different in color) and vol2 as season 2
