2nd Half of Season 2 Finally hits Australia!

Good News to all Australian Fans!

The 2nd half of Season 2 is now on foxtel's nickelodeon channel which aired both parts of Wormquake last week. From next Monday they will be showing a new episode every Monday to Friday at 4pm continuing in order with Mazes and Mutants.

The entire season 2 episodes including both parts of Wormquake are also available on foxtel play for those who have that service as well. The others will be available 24hrs after they air.

I'm sure most Aussies have seen all of season 2 by now thanks to streaming especially Hola and Hulu but hey it's nice to see it in HD on a bigger screen. Not sure yet about when it will be on free to air and itunes but good to know things are moving down here. Hopefully we will get season 3 by November or December....

Schedule has been updated with next Sunday the 26th of October having a 6hr TMNT marathon from 8am to 2pm starting with Mazes & Mutants and ending with Part 2 of The Invasion.

You guys are lucky. In my country (Malaysia), they have been looping Season 1 episode 1-13 since our series premiere on 31 May. They are showing 2 episodes per week (one on Saturday and one on Sunday), but whenever they reach episode 13 (New Girl In Town) the following day/week they will restart from episode 1 again. Perhaps they have not even completed the voice-over work for the second half of Season 1, as we are using our local voice actors to provide the Malay language dub (you can hear them in my thread (http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/showthread.php?t=47638)). However we do have the entire Season 1 with English audio released on DVD.

Some other country's dub I've been following up: Japan has completed all 26 eps of season 1 since its premiere on early-April and airing one episode per week, while Hong Kong as aired 17 episodes since its premiere around mid-June, also airing one episode per week. China has completed all 26 eps of season 1 some time ago. So far I haven't encountered any non-English dub that has started Season 2 yet.

Yeah, I guess sometimes being in an english speaking country we take for granted that non english speaking countries have to be dubbed or subtitled which can take longer for them to get. But THANK GOD they don't try to redub with Australian accents, maybe a UK accent turtles 'could' work...maybe... but I'm having nightmares of what an Australian accent Turtles would be like, especially Raph and Mikey. **Shudder**

In other news, itunes have FINALLY updated Volume 4 episodes with Wormquake to Newtralized as of today the 16/10/14 which was on foxtel's nickelodeon yesterday. Pretty safe to say they are simultaneous with foxtel's nickelodeon now.
