Welcome everyone to the TMNT Season 2 Best Episode Tournament. We are now officially into Round Number 2, where we'll see if any of the Round 1 winners can dethrone any of the big boys. Just like in Round 1, Round 2 polls will be a 3 day and a private vote poll, unless you decide to post your choice of course. :D.

We're kicking off Round 2 with the overall top seed, and possible runaway favorite in the Season 2 Finale, going against an episode that had to scratch and claw it's way to Round 2, and with it being a Rahzar episode, "Scratch and Claw" could be quite literally. :D

I really like 'Mikey Gets Shellacne', it's the episode where he started to become my favorite...

Still, 'The Invasion' is simply a masterpiece, can't argue with that. So I'll give it my vote, it's also my personal second favorite of season 2. :anime:

Invasion. No Contest.

Nice reveals, great acting, loved Leo taking out Rahzar, Fishface, Tiger Claw single handedly & the one shot nod and some really really emotional scenes. Both Raph losing it and Karai saving her Dad made me well up a little bit and I'm a grown man. Powerful Scenes! Probably One of The Best Episodes from the Entire Series.

Invasion. No Contest.

Aw, this is just evil! lol You know Shellacne is going to lose this one, so I'll play devil's advocate. I'll vote for Shellacne. I really like both eps here and the Invasion was great! I love Leo and Donnie clashing because it's not something you often see. I loved Mikey so much for The Invasion! I liked how they did Leo's one-shot too and I loved the fact that they made nods to IDW, Mirage, 2k3, and the OT. It was really well done...

But....I'm still going to vote for Shellacne. Feel sorry for the ep now. :lol:

Now these are two fantastic episodes. Starting with shellacne... i had no idea all of that was going to be in this episode. At first i thought it would be a filler like squirrelanoids and pizzaface. It was an awesome reveal their take on rahzar and looks sick in this series. With the elements went down in mikey gets shellacne...it just can't duplicate or even match the epicness of the invasion. The invasion is by far the best episode i have seen in this young tmnt incarnation. Every minute of that episode my eyes were glued to the tv. I love both,but my vote is on the invasion.

Bit of an unfair match-up... Shellacne was a worthwhile episode on its own, but not even considerable when butted up against The Invasion. Both episodes were good, but Invasion will (fairly obviously) win this one. I'm actually kind of surprised that Shellacne only got #17.
