Take a character that hasn't been used or seen yet in nick's TMNT and reimagine them in a whole new light that will give some hidden depth and dimension.

Maybe not that deep, but a Jamaican Mondo Gecko. Extremely laid back, rolls with the punches (literally and figuratively), eternal optimist.

Eh, I'm more or less, say, taking some of this from Harry Potter. Most of the wizarding world wanted to kill anyone associated with Voldemort, including actual Death Eater Severus Snape, but Dumbledore saw past his previous actions and saw the current good in him, so took the man in and in turn, he got someone who would help shape the world for the better. Mona Lisa could be like Dumbledore, in that she knows not all Krang are bad, and that the people on Earth are innocent and don't deserve to be exterminated, just because some of the bad krang are on the planet.

Those were some interesting ideas for Mona Lisa being part of Newtralizer's race.
My idea for her was that she was a teenage girl named Lisa Monroe and she was vacationing with her parents. She had a pet gecko/annole named Chester and was playing with him outside when the Kraang sprang upon her and kidnapped her and her parents. They poured the mutagen on her folks, turning them into creatures like Timothy, but since the mutagen was a different batch, they were unstable and disintegrated. Lisa did not, however, and turned into a mutant lizard/gecko/etc.
She was able to escape, but was then captured again by the E.P.F. They kept her under lock and key to study her DNA, but didn't trust that she was what she said she was (or used to be).
I have this head cannon that she has regeneration powers like Wolverine. Meaning that her healing factor is much faster than a normal humans. For example, if she got a cut on her arm, it would heal up again in a few minutes. A broken bone would be patched after a few hours. It works better when she's asleep/resting as the adrenaline will slow down the factor. She can still get hurt and get killed, but if she's given a chance to relax she can heal much quicker.

Well geckos can regrow tails so I can see that happening.

Angel is actually Xever's daughter, and she has grown very scared for her father who she hasn't seen in a year. She just knows he was hanging out with the Purple Dragons last she saw of him, so, she decides to join them in secret, in hopes to try and find her dad. She climbs the ranks and actually becomes a Foot member. Xever doesn't discover this till it's nearly too late, so he goes to Leo and begs him to help get his little girl out before she gets in way over her head.

It would make more sense for her to be his younger sister. Xever is FAR too young to have a teen daughter. And I don't see the Foot recruiting anyone younger than that.

Xever's age was never mentioned. He could be 36 for all we know. It's a cartoon, hard to tell their age.

Burne Thompson is a blogger for a popular conspiracy website who is covering the recent invasion of NYC. He gets a photo of the turtle mech fighting Kraang Prime and immediately sets forth a witch hunt for the ninja turtles. A bounty is put out for any evidence of the green beings. Sightings flood in about the greens attacking an ooze monster to fierce standoff with a black and orange lizard humanoid.

Yeah, that's what I meant to say in my description. I figured since geckos can grow their tails back, the mutagen combined with gecko DNA would probably enhance the regeneration abilities throughout the whole body instead of just the tail.

I read somewhere that Xever is in his 20's. But I like that Angel idea, Warhorse came up with.

I know this might sound a little too provocative for a kiddie show on Nickelodeon, but I had this idea for a story set at some point in the future where Casey Jones at 24 meets a young single mother by the name Gabriel and her 2 year-old daughter Shadow who he strikes up a close friendship with.
After years and years of resentment, Timothy's mind degenerated to the only thing other than basic human logic was his hatred of the Hamato Clan. Witnessing their members fall down the tubes thanks to the Foot Clan and Kraang, Timothy became happy at last. Absorbing the shedded off scales, hair, fur, feathers, blood, tears, and weapons of the Hamato Clan's last hopes, he managed to re-assemble a solid form. This is Titanus. He seeks a future dominated by perfected creatures like himself.
However, he still resents "the six that got away", and seeks to go back and defeat them forever.

Old Hob in this version is a lab tested animal who suffers years of abuse that somehow gotten human level self awareness through a drug but still has body of a cat. He found a way to escape and when he meets the turtles, he puts on this dumb animal act around the them but he's really plotting to find a way to mutate himself and others to take revenge on lab testing sites.
Or maybe instead of that he's really a demonic entity with a avatar body a black cat but his true form is really Null.

I'd bring in Ninjara, definitely. It wouldn't matter to me if she had a romance with Raph or anything, I always loved her for what she brought to the table herself. I've even already gotten a redesign for her ready to go (Chris Allan approved!):

Hm, yeah that kinda works. It's a good idea to get away from the mutagen as much as possible after the... Urgh, implied mutant car... Seriously, what's up with that?

At the climax of an all-out battle with the Turtles and the Foot Clan, Shredder, the Technodrome, Kraang Prime, and droids and Rock Soldiers... the moon and night sky becomes eclipsed by something massive and sinister. It's enormous, the size of a planet, bearing down on NYC.
It's Maligna's Hiveship, then raining down her thousands upon thousands of insectoid soldiers in landing parties and aerial attacks in smaller hovercraft.
All of a sudden the Turtles, the Kraang, and Shredder must put all of their differences aside to deal with the new common enemy.

My idea for her would be making her a kitsune kunoichi who is a master in making hallucinogenic drugs and is adept at twin blades like Leonardo.
The kitsune in this version are an race of humans with a mind and souls possess by demon foxes. Backstory of her people was that long ago during prehistoric Japan that was a Bijuu civil war but the only difference is the tail beast weren't monsters but anthropomorphic animal war lords of Japan with each one being a king or queen of his/her entire species and reason why the kitsune are human now was because back then they and every other yokai's physical form and sentient level intelligence was influence by individual crystals rather then mutagen and because most of the crystals were destroy during the civil war, they use hoshi no tamas, a.k.a "fox pearls" to turn human instead using unstable mutagen and hoping for the best results.
The crystals themselves are different because it doesn't mutate dna but just influences it.
I got the idea through here. (http://www.deviantart.com/art/Tami-OC-173644581)

Neutrinos taken a decade further forward in time, and taken from a parody of fifties teens to one of people in a sixties advertising firm--in other words, Mad Men from outer space, hired by Null to give Earth quote-unquote "face lift" and create and ad campaign to help sell the planet.

Oh here's one, an episode that is pretty much a remake of the "Underground City" episodes, it goes through more or less the same motions but...
... When the mutants are returned to their normal form it turns out they were always insects and not humans.
And when one goes "I thought they were going to be people", another one goes "Whatever, even if they were we would most likely never see them again"

Venus di Milo (very much In Name Only) is the only one related to the original TMNT. Very much Raphael's daughter, she finds herself having to lead a new team as she has the most training. Kirby is the only other turtle on the team- a foundling mutant Michaelangelo named. Carter is a human infected with mutagen looking for a cure or at least greater control. (And his mutated form is not as goofy looking). And I'll leave slot four open for now because I think it needs someone who bounces off these three in interesting ways. Venus is basically Raphael in a position of leading, Kirby is the kid of the group, Carter is trying not to fully succumb to a "good genes" situation- he probably has the most raw power but is hesitant to use it.

Kirby was scrapped for a good reason and Venus is hated for a good reason. If the two of them were ever to make a return, it would be a good idea to make them even less similar to the original versions than what you described.

If there any girl turtle that I want to see as canon, I would rather see entirely new character
Put in spoiler tags because this is someone's OC and might be considered off topic.

She not my OC, but I see a lot of potential. The only thing I would change is slightly change the plastron to make it look more like a female turtle by giving it more a convex or flat surface.
She needs more weaknesses, Her telepathy could be base on electroreception which is something most marine animals have to communicate underwater, but the downside to that she is unable to read or communicate clearly when around machines because most machines generate electric field which interferes with her electric waves. It likes trying to talk at a concert.
Her other weakness is that she needs her trident as a conductor to use the electric attacks and if she tries to use without, she will unintentionally set herself on fire. She doesn't need to use the trident underwater but at that point the electricity can't travel very far at all so it mostly close combat.
Because Tami doesn't have any human dna and wasn't raise by a human, she has more an alien mind when it comes to certain things and she thinks and acts more like a turtle in comparison to the other four which makes others feel uncomfortable like for example she does reptile head bob when she emoting or when she feeling stress out she tucks her chin in, likes she trying to go inside her shell. When she attempts at making human expressions, it comes across as creepy Uncanny Valley.
She has intense curiosity which often leads her into invading people personal spaces. In her mind, people should only be territorial when comes to mates and food, everything is free domain which includes personal information.

This would also give leverage as to why Newtralizer looks like a species native to earth (fire bellied newt) despite being an alien.

I always hate when aliens would look like carbon copies of humans and other animals. I know that with very similar environmental conditions that two aliens that are not related to each other can look similar but when they look like mirror images of one another. It just reeks of laziness and lack of imagination.

Jhanna would be in interesting character to have in the 2012 version. She is obcure enough for her to be a new character. Interestly enough my real name is pronounced the same way but it's spelled as Jaana.
I know Jhanna is hinted as a love interest for Donatello. And in the 2k3 version the way she and Donnie were shown sleeping next to one another is idicitive of a husbend and wife.
If Jhanna does appear I think it should be an entire arc at least if not afull season story line.
How I see that playing out is the Turtles are hanging out at the Northampton farm when they notice a spaceship crash. Fearing this could be the Kraang to some threat the Turtles, Casey, and April go check it out. When they arive at the craft they find an unconcious humanoid female. Donnie wants to check her injuries while Leo, Raph, and Casey are unsure because she could be an enemy. April and Mikey agree that even if it turns out she's an enemy they still feel obligated to help her in her current state.
The woman wakes up and attacks Donnie because he had been leaning over her and checking her pulse. The other Turtles and Casey try and restain her, but quickly tosses them aside. April however is able to calm her down and introduces herself and her friends to her. The woman in turn introduces herself as Jhanna and explains that when she saw them she had thought they were agents of Moriah.
Moriah is a the leader of her planet and rules it in a cruel iron hand. Jhanna was elected by her people as a new ruler which must be settled through combat.
As the arc passess, April notices that Jhanna is becoming rather close with Donnie and begins to feel jealous about it. She tries to hide it but everytime she sees them together she can't help feeling upset. Eventually when Jhanna's arc has defeated Moriah and she is going to return to her home planet, Jhanna does admit to April that she did like Donnie, but she accepted that his heart belonged to another.

I felt bad for fantasizing about Old Hob in the 2012 cartoon. But basically I imagined him as the son of Bradford's best friend (deceased). When he mutates into a cat by accident after the events from the Mutation Situation, Bradford takes care of him. Of course, Shredder finds out and forces Old Hob to work for him, but he dislikes Shredder greatly, escapes, and starts causing trouble in NY with the other mutants.
I'm so sorry.

I'd also like Wingnut and Screwloose to be aliens who are allies to the turtles.
