Above is the link to POTF2.COM's Star Wars Master Lists. The Master Lists are lists of every toy line for the modern Star Wars figures. The people at the POTF2.COM Forums have put together these lists with every production error and variation know to us. I propose that we do this with TMNT Products. Not only figures. The collecting market for TMNT has nothing like this for any of their products. I could probably find numorous lists for Star Wars products. I volenter to be the leader of this project. I have sort of already started a list for TMNT trading cards. I think Donotello007 would be a great help to me with the cards. Who is interested in doing this?

That's cool. This topic is for the general idea. I want to create something like the POTF2 masterlists. Did anyone look at that? It is massive. We'd first have to start by a general list of the figures in each line, then most common variations, than rarer variations, then production errors.

This is only a list of the basic figures, etc. and they're loose. It dosen't show variations or errors, but it has good pictures. I want to make something like the POTF2.COM's master lists for Star Wars. You need to look at it if you haven't to know what I'm talking about.

I update often since I'm always finding new variations. The main listing will not include production errors, they'll have their own section. It's stuff you don't find very often so I thought it best to keep them seperate.

I've been working on it for some time. It used to be under the name TMNT Figure Archive, which was a subsection of my main TMNT site. That was back in 98 or 99 I think. I started the listing when I found no other websites dedicated to the toy line. I started it for my own benefit really, I'm determined to collect the entire line, the list helps me keep track of everything. I've collected a majority of what's listed, still trying to track down the rest. :D I've always been very familiar with the toy line so it wasn't difficult to start the listing. Over the years I've been fine tuning it, making it look nicer and most importantly making it as accurate as possible.

I seem to be the only person with extensive knowledge on this ToyLine. I have yet to find another collector as devoted to this line as I am. My knowledge comes from many years of collecting. I own almost every figure variation on that list. The fact I own practically every piece is proof of their existance. Surf on eBay and carefully look at the figures being sold, you can always find variations for sale.

Not exactally sure what you mean by date stamp. The actual date printed on the card? or something else?

1. I have no money
2. I have no job (unless you count high school)
3. Star Wars figures are my priority in collecting. For TMNT it's cards and pez.

Thanks for linking to that explanation. The Vintage TMNT line does not use DateStamps. The only numbers present on the cards are the usual Asst. #'s and Stock #'s. They also at times stamped the Stock Number on the inner bubble's underside.

I noticed that the new line of figures does include a number stamp pressed onto the card. It's on the backer card, bottom center. I have many different number variations for each figure. I'm not sure if these are actual DateStamps or just case assortment numbers or whatever.

I aquired all 4 Turtles very early on in December of 2002. Several doubles were bought at different times in 2003.

I'll note some of the different stamped numbers below:

I'll be getting a new case soon so I'll see what stamps are on those figures.

If they are DateStamps then I'm guessing you read the year first then the day. I tested Leo's number to see what I'd get.

A2315 = Year 02 Day 315

Assuming I am correct, it was printed on the 315th Day of 2002, which would make that Tuesday the 12th of November 2002. It makes sence, since I purchased the figure in early December. That was enough time to ship the cases to the manufacturers. Places like Walmart usually get their shipments in faster. That's where I found that 1 case that arrived in December of 2002.

What do you think MA? Could this be a DateStamp? I checked the other numbers and they all were carded a month or two before they got to the store. I guess the numbers could be read differently but this method made the most sence. I made a little diagram of the number and how I was reading it.

That looks correct to me. I'll ask someone at POTF2 what they think. I'm by far not the expert. I didn't expect the vintage to have a datestamp. Vintage Star Wars do not. It was started with the POTF2 line in 1995.

Yup. I've seen it at both Toys 'R' Us, and Zellers, along with the first two.

Cool! Thanks. Pictures aren't important to me. I'm just thinking about starting a collection of TMNT figures. I want a list to know what's out there. The official site is good, but like most things, I expect to find better in the collector's world.
