TMNT2 remade?

While trying to find official details of the TMNT movie trilogy box listed on amazon.com, I had to raise an eyebrow and laugh hysterically about this: http://shop.newline.com/catalog/product.xml?product_id=9112;category_id=2528
But, I'd like to know, has anyone here seen a version of TMNT2 featuring Rob Schneider, Leslie Nielsen and Tone Loc? Leslie Nielsen played Splinter, right? I know Rob must have been April.
This probably wouldn't be so funny if it wasn't for whose info page this is. What dumn-hineys...
