Incorporating Anime Turtles

From the 2 episode ova (along with the 4 issue manga) how would you incorporate aspects of the turtles anime

I myself could see that the Seven armors from the second episode were the armors of the founders of the foot. Which when (in my story) Leonardo goes to a historical foot temple museum thing. Inside one of the main rooms would be the seven empty armors seated around...almost like their empty eyes staring into your soul

That'd be cool. I really don't know what to do with the manga turtles, but I'd like to see another thing with them. (Animated or manga)

I'd have a race of small fairlylike beings be from the planet Neutrino, and be companions to the bigger elf like Neutrinos. Kyris-Mu could be a friend of Dask, Zak, and Kala.

The anime and manga pretty much already work as they are as part of the OT. I think it was intended to. It's pretty much just a little "euro vacation" style sub-season sort of deal.

The manga does connect Krys-Mu and the Mutastones to the Neutrinos, it's also the reason Krang is at war with them to begin with.

So are the Mangas different stories set in the same universe as the OVAs?

At least in Japan the OVAs are definitely in continuity since they use the same voice actors and used the localized references/catchphrases from theOT Japanese dub. Japan likes continuity though, I believe all the Transformers shows are in continuity with each other in the Japanese timeline. I don't think it should be counted in continuity in general though since even though its heavily based on the OT it differs too much like the video games do and its not that the OVA "contaminates" the OT or that it isn't "pure" enough for the OT attitude but more of a that version is so interesting and out there that cramming it into the continuity of the OT hurts the Japanese take on the turtles instead of helping it. I mean the OVAs are pretty much just parodies of anime in general and of the anime Saint Seiya (a favorite show of mine as a kid).

That'd be cool. I really don't know what to do with the manga turtles, but I'd like to see another thing with them. (Animated or manga)
I would LOVE to see the anime in English, just to see how it would translate!

So are the Mangas different stories set in the same universe as the OVAs?

basically alot of the manga is set in the OT universe. they're adaptations of some of the OT eps. i have all TMNT manga

Well then the Manga and the OVAs can be its own separate universe from the OT that share some mangafied stories of the OT but take their own spin at things not dissimilar from the Archie comics universe.
