Michael Bay's 2014 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' film will meet Japanese audiences on February 7th and RIP SLYME's "Naisho de Onegaishimasu" will be used as the theme song.
RIP SLYME, a Japanese hip-hop group has been tapped to perform the Japanese theme song to Michael Bay's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The song is titled “Naisho de Onegaishimasu,” but has the same beats and visuals as “Shell Shocked.”

Only difference between the two is that the former is performed in Japanese and the latter is performed in English.

Anyone here understand it? Curious if it's roughly the same song translated or if it was changed much.

Its gotta be the same, since its using the same music, just Japanese lyrics.

It's got the same overall vibe but it's different. Some lines are references to the original, like in the first verse, but the hook, Naisho de Onegaishimasu, basically means "please keep it secret". I like this version of the song better, as it's more on topic & I'm actually a fan of Rip Slyme, but the original hook is better IMO.

I think Wiz Khalifa's verse screamed "Ninja Turtles". He also happens to have Donatello tattooed on himself so it's probably safe to say he came at it from a fan perspective.

Actually enjoyed the track without being distracted by lyrics about lamborghini's and wearing bandanas like gangstas. I wish that third verse had replaced the U.S.'s third verse (who cares if no-one would understand it, it's still more useful than Dolla $ign's contribution).
