I used to a theory that the Kraang were simply too incompetent for their invasion to be real, I thought they were something closer to the fake aliens Bishop used to fool the government to give him more power. Obviously this isn't case now but I still suspect there's something about the Kraang that we don't know...

--Donnie will be targeted by Shredder and the Foot for the retromutagen.

--April's powers will make her go through some Phonenix-type transformation

--the Teng Shen love triangle will FINALLY be paralleled.

--Kraang will leave, but then the Triceratons will discover our dimension. Whether they want to conquer it or seek the Turtles for help is still debatable.

A Theory: Ohhh, I got it! Maybe if the Turtles go back in time to the dinosaur age (at least with Renet) they accidentally pour some mutagen on some Triceratops! This accidentally creates the Triceratons, who evolve their technology a million years later to the point they become space faring, allowing them to leave Earth early enough that most traces of their civilization are erased by time, and before the meteorite hits Earth.

Predictions: Tigerclaw's doubt causes him to leave the Shredder, and Xever leaves once he learns that the Turtles have a proven cure. Baxter eventually gets fed up with his mistreatment at the hands of Shredder, and either tries to use his own bastard version of retromutagen on himself, or becomes miserable enough to beg the Turtles to help him, once he knows they have a cure.

I think Bradford and the Shredder will both end up dying. Shredder either dies by the Turtles, or he 'redeems' himself through a sacrifice to stop something. Bradford is pretty much tied to his master, so what ever happens to Shredder, will likely happen to him too.

I love that theory. That actually something really interesting to do with time travel instead of them being just stuck in Jurassic Park.:D

-Karai will not be cured from her mutation. Instead she is more able to control her mutation vs. it controlling her.

-Donnie targeted and captured/ is seriously wounded because of retromutagen.

-April will be revealed that she is actually a neutrino.

-Kurtzman found un-mutated by the Turtles and reveals that he is an Utrom (or the Fugatoid) and that he had been trying to stop the Kraang for years.

-Kraang are defeated

-Bishop appears

-Raph is captured by the Foot clan, gets a mind control device installed, renamed Tokka.

-City will be restored

-Donnie will save the city by using turtle blimp to rain retromutagen over it.

-April choose Donnie, Casey gets jealous-paralleling the Splinter/Tang Shen/Shredder triangle.

-April and Karai learn to get to know each other and become friends.

I feel as though the Kraang will be easier to defeat than they seem like they might be. I'm actually surprised that the turtles don't go back to Northhampton and bombard the Kraang with whatever they used in Return to New York (I thought it was skunk scent, but I could be wrong). Donnie or Mikey will figure out their weakness, since Mikey can be absolutely uncanny when least expected, and by exploiting this seemingly tiny flaw (whether it be in Kraang Prime, their mutagen machinery, or in the Kraang themselves), the whole operation will come to a screeching halt.

The turtles will also use the Turtle Blimp to sprinkle retromutagen throughout the city, thereby restoring everything (or almost everything) to its rightful state.

In the mid season 2 part episode. The turtles will defeat the Kraang and use the retromutagen to change everyone back.

Bishop debuts

Muckman will be mutated by Baxter. He will be an enemy to the turtles and Muckman will have a power to make the turtles weak and ill (similar to the 80s episode) Donnie will make an antidote so Muckman won't effect them.

Mondo Gecko will be mutated by Baxter and at first will be convinced the turtles are the bad guys. Mikey knows there's good in him and convinces him that the turtles are good guys and Shredder is evil.

Due to stopping the Kraang Invasion, Shredder now wants to contol New York and plans to build a bigger army but tensions grow between others.

Splinter and the turtles will find a new perminant home, the abandoned subway station like the one in TMNT 2 movie.

Karai won't change back completly but will able control herself, she will continue to go solo but will aid the turtles if they need her help.

(This is a longshot due the voice actor for Tigerclaw will be the voice for Hun too) Tigerclaw will will change back to human and call himself Hun and leaves Shredders army and join up with Purple Dragons.

Fishface will leave Shredder and form his own group.

Episode 22 - Raph is kidnapped and brainwashed to join Shredder's Army which will lead to the City at War story.

Season final 2 part episode - City at War story

it will be Shredder's army (will have Rahzar, Baxter, Rocksteady, Bebop and Raph) vs
Hun and the purple Dragons vs
Fishface's mutant army (maybe will have Spiderbytes, Snakeweed, Cockroach Terminator, Justin, Muckman and a few new ones, Maybe even Rat King if he's still alive).

The turtles, Splinter, April and Casey (minus Raph) with help from Leatherhead, Slash, Mondo Gecko and Karai will stop the war and get Raph back.

There will be a Leo vs Raph fight
Mikey will help Raph come back to his senses but will get injured badly in the process.
Shredder will be defeated, prosumed dead but will be back in season 4

I think the Renet will appear in season 4 because when I saw the streaming for turtles panel at NYCC and Ciro confirmed she will be in the show, Greg asked, is she going be Mikey's love interest. Which makes me think that they haven't done the recording for the episode yet (at that time, they probably done it now). I also think the Triceratons will be in season 4.

[Mutant Ninja Anole]

Karai will be cured, and the Shredder will be (temporarily) defeated. The Earth Defense Force agrees to a compromise with the Kraang, and earth becomes a vassal state. Less freedom, more tech. Thus Karai will take over the Foot (making it the one common factor in every incarnation) and try to turn them into a rebel force against the alien occupiers.

- Donnie is captured by the Foot to work with Stockman on how to create retromutagen.

- April's full powers are revealed.

- Karai is cured. But Shredder gets mutated into a dragon-like Super Shredder. He could later sacrifice himself for Karai and make-up for all he's done to Yoshi/Splinter.

- The Kraang are gone, but one named Mortu fights alongside the turtles. The Triceratons appear in the next season.

- Slash leads the Mutanimals with Leatherhead, Mondo Gecko, Pete & later Xever/Fishface.
