What Turtle would you want to be with during the Apocalypse?

I'm bored to death at work and I suddenly wondered what Turtle would be the best to have with you during the Apocalypse. I am figuring into account all incarnations of every turtle and it's harder to answer than I thought it would be.

So far, I'm going with Michael Bay's Donnie. He's super smart, medically inclined, technologically sound and Kindhearted. Oh, and he's a Ninja.

Second place is probably Bay's Raphael.

Sticking with Leo of any version. Leo bias aside, in that kind of situation I think we'd be more easily in tune than I would any of the others. Both the observant, cautious, planning sorts...we'll make it. Even if we have to have patience and wait three days to make our move. Not sure if I'd be of much help in some situations, but I can at least watch his back.

Jack of all trades, formidable fighter, and someone whose sole purpose is keeping the group working together, rather than killing each other.

I'm not interested in going out there and fighting for survival - I just want a safe little hidey-hole where I can eke out the rest of my days in as little discomfort as possible! :tlol:

I'm gonna go with Future Donatello from the Archie comics. He's got a friggin time machine and we can just go to any point in the past (provided it still works during the Apocalypse)!!!

Depends on what type of apocalypse it was. I'm thinking I might go with 2k12 Donnie, as the type of apocalypse I'm thinking of is a living zombie type (28 Days Later/ Left 4 Dead) since he knows how to fix wounds and do some emergency medical procedures. Plus he can help fight off the Infected until they eventually starve to death. :D

I agree wholeheartedly Penny. This is what I'd want to do too. Donnie is perfect for this idea. I need to watch the 2k3 series at some point. I guess during the Nick hiatus is a good time to get started. :)

I dunno why they'd have gotten split up, but lets just get them reunited (and like a Turtles Forever kind of thing... omg so many of them :tlove:) and we'll just have one big group of us and them and all will be well. :tsmile:

I'm tempted to choose Mirage Raph as the self sufficient loner type seems appropriate in this scenario. My better judgement tells me he'd probably get in over his head at some point trying to take on too many zombies/marauders/whatever exists in this apocalypse.

I think Leo's skill, level head, resourcefulness and tactical mindset give him the best chance of long term survival.

Definitely Leo. The rest have too many character flaws for something so stressful, as a leader Leonardo would be a calming presence and someone I feel I could turn towards.

Oddly enough, I have to say OT Donnie- we could use his dimensional portal generator to escape to another world. Preferably one without an apocalypse going on. Maybe we could go to Usagi's world....

Considering that Mirage Raph didn't think much of a lot of people, who's to say he would risk his neck for me if he didn't already know me and like me?

Consider 2k14 Leo instead: that guy got tazed multiple times, hit by Humvees, and nearly fell off a mountain. All to save April, which we can understand... but he was also risking his neck for that idiot old guy whose name nobody seemed to remember. :tlol:

Donatello. He's the brains, and he's the logical one. He's also got the nerdiness thing and seems like he could geek out pretty good about movies, etc.

I don't know, it wouldn't surprise me of Donatello had a contributing hand to said apocalypse, he often seems too smart for his own good.

Saw this on something I was just looking at on personalty types.
Cautious characters try and look before they leap, think before they act and generally are the ones still alive at the end of a Horror movie.
Leo and Donnie teams will probably make it. If you're teaming up with Raph or Mikey, well I wish you the best. :trazz:

At least Mikey could probably never bear to ditch you. Raph, well... I imagine it might be best to just try to keep up and stay out of his way. :tlol: Although if he's just trying to plow through situations I hope you're good with applying first aid.

I think, so long as you're with the Mirage versions, you've got an equally good chance with any of the 4 turtles. They all live to be 100+, while being separated from one another. They survived virtually everything you could think of.

I don't recall Mirage Mikey doing that, didn't he vanish at some point, so he's the one know one knows what happened to. I know Raphael became a swamp hermit or something, Leo died in a treehouse at an old age and Donnie died in his secluded computery home. Of course I could be misremembering things. But I don't recall Michelangelo's fate

His fate wasn't detailed but we know at the very least that the last time he was seen, he was fighting in a galactic war. I'm sure someone like that could keep you safe. :trazz:
