I hear that the next episode is supposed to be an hour long one entitled Battle for New York 1 and 2. And that the following episode is Casey Jones Vs. the Underworld. Can anyone verify that?
I was really considering not watching the remaining episodes until they come out on DVD. My reasons are the following..
1. I don't like watching it Sunday morning. I forget so easily compared to Friday night, plus my family wants my attention.
2. My cable is always having trouble with that channel and I have to wait to watch it online, which is not how I prefer to watch it.
3. I am not used to waiting and waiting and waiting for episodes. I binge watched the first two seasons, so this is agonizing.
4. I hate the commercials. Granted, I do get up and do things around the house, but I really can't stand how it breaks up the flow of each episode.
5. I truly feel that all of my reasons above are making me not like the episodes as much as I could be? Could it be that the episodes are not good? Or would I have liked the first 7 of season 3 if I had binged them instead of watching them one by one?
On the down side, I wouldn't get to watch and discuss each episode with the rest of you guys, which I did miss out on when I binge watched the first two seasons. Plus, I have to wait many more months to see the episodes you guys will be possibly raving about when fun or surprising things happen.
It's a tough call for me, and I'm sure many of you will trash me for being such a wussy over it all. Sorry about that. I think I was spoiled by binge watching them and now I can't go back. :tcouch:

Wow some people don't know how to be polite here. If you don't care about what this person has to say then don't comment on their thread.
It's simple.
anyway I don't think the next episode is a 2 parter....(and I'm not sure if the 2 parter will be an hour long episode)

Ignore the rude people, aliena. I think there's something in the water here lately; it's a bit of a weasel pit around here at the mo-mo.
Between you, me and the walls, I'm holding off on watching the rest of the series until the whole thing finishes. Yes, it means that I can't discuss it here, but I'm just not much good at watching shows as each episode airs - I'm a binge watcher, through and through.
Also, the Northampton episodes bored the everlovin' bog out of me, so that played a big part in my decision to just wait and watch the whole season as its own thing. I feel I'll be better able to appreciate it as its own thing and evaluate the overall arc of the characters if I view it as a whole, rather than getting aggravated over (what I consider to be) sub-standard episodes week-to-week.
I'm not particularly bothered if I get spoilered online; if I did care about it that much, I'd watch the eps as they air.
Some may doubt my commitment to sparkle motion, but honestly - I have a limited amount of time outside of work to devote to my "to watch" and "to read" pile... I've got a million and one things to get through, not much time to do so and it's easier for me to just focus on something else until the season has finished airing.
It wouldn't be the first time I shelved a series until I felt able to tackle it properly - I've done the same thing with Teen Wolf and Supernatural; I'm very behind on both of those as well.

What you're going through isn't a bad thing at all. If you don't want to watch, then don't watch and leave it at that. I know it may be hard for you but if you're bothered by so many things, then maybe it would be better for you not to watch. And Battle for New York airs on the fifteenth, not next week.

Thanks Penny, I skip over rude replies since they are so common place these days. It always seems worse during hiatus breaks. I was really wanting to find out the titles of the next couple of episodes and now I know. Anyway, I think I'll wait it out like you. I know what you mean by having limited time to watch and to read. I'm behind on several shows too and that other project you know I'm working on that would really get rude comments wink wink.
