Am I the only one that wants them to be Shredder's main henchmen?
It'd be pretty cool if the turtles aren't able to beat them after a few episodes.
While Bebop and Rocksteady do all the work, maybe some henchmen can finally betray Shredder. I can see Fishface and/or Tiger Claw do this.
What do you guys think?

Well hopefully there's more of a point of introducing them other than just for the sake of it.

they will have their first episode of power against the turtles, then they will become fodder

just like everyone else.

This pretty much.

We all know what happened to Rahzar. :(

Though quite frankly, the only one who hasn't been reduced to fodder and can challenge the turtles is Tiger Claw, but besides that, Bebop and Rocksteady will likely be overshadowed and turned to fodder like most villains.

Zeck and Steranko aren't henchmen. Why would they work for the guy who mutated them? They're an independent third-party.

Because Shredder would hunt them down, otherwise? The mutations were punishment, Shredder is going to make sure they do what he tells them.

The mutations were punishment and if they don't work for him, he will kill them.

I stand corrected. I think that may actually be an interesting dynamic.
