So Shredder has his mutant henchment (Rahzar, Fishface, TigerClaw, Baxter, Bebop and Rocksteady as well as Karai), and the Kraang have their robots and mutants like Traag, etc. Then there are the "good guy" mutants like the Mutanimals, Slash, Pigeon Pete, etc. or others like Napoleon Bonafrog, etc.
What rogue villains does this show have not working for Shredder or part of the Kraang? I can think of a few:
- The Rat King. Like past incarnations, The Rat King is one of the most recurring villains the Turtles face who doesn't work for Shredder.
- Newtralizer. While we haven't seem him in Season 3 yet, he's bound to return as he's actually an alien from Dimension X and not a mutant.
- Snakeweed. This guy is still roaming the streets of Manhattan turning people into fertilizer.
- The Purple Dragons, Fon and those other two guys.
Can't think of any others at the moment until the Triceratons, Hun (Akira), and Savanti Romero show up.
