Not knowing what his personality is in this series his voice could be anything. After Rocksteady became a Russian and Hun an Asian, for all we know Bishop could be Irish or British or something.

part of bishops backstory is fighting during the civil war and being abducted by aliens so unless his backstory is changed also, i dont see him being anything other than american

I'd have another option to add to the poll, Steve Blum.

We've already had him come on as Speed Demon, which was an okay role. But I feel that was more of him testing the waters as a character within the TMNT universe.

On nick shows, Steve Blum is more well known for his role as Amon on Legend of Korra.

Jeff Bennett is also a suitable voice for Bishop. He's has numerous voices jobs under his belt, some of the more notable voices he's done is Brooklyn and Owen Burnett on Gargoyles. He's also done the voice of Kowalski from Penguins of Madagascar (TV series not the movies) and Shiro Shinobi on Legend of Korra. This video has some of his voice roles I'd say of these particular voices I'd say the voice he uses

For Brooklyn (Gargoyles), Red Tornado (Young Justice), and Darth Revan (Star Wars something) Are the voices that could fit Bishop.
And the fact he's buddies with Rob Paulsen doesn't hurt either.

But why? It's all about how he's played. If they play it like Cybercubed sees Brits, then yes....he'd be Chief Constable Biggles. But given the right writing and voice actor, he could have quite a bit of "edge."

well, in worlds collide, he had a "im gonna kill u and dont give a flip how much u scream" hardcore-ness in his voice but adding cheerio or other british terms w/ that accent, it loses alot of that hardcore attitude, at least thats the way i image it

John Bishop fought in the War of 1812. We know he participated in The Battle of New Orleans specifically as it was during the duration of that battle was when he was abducted. Hope if Bishop appears he will remain close to as he was in the '03 cartoon.

Rocksteady speaks another language, so I think it's justified to let him use some words from his country.
British however is just an accent and the image some Americans have of British people is absolutely retarded.

Uh no, the first three ones are there as geniune choices. Hamill and Blum because of previously similar roles (I'm not at all that familiar with that robot monkey cartoon honestly) and Patrick Stewart because... I mean c'mon, It's Patrick Stewart, the dude is a fantastic actor and I'd like to see him play what is basically a serious version of Avery Bullock.

For a realistic answer in this series, just look to horror movie actors that haven't already played someone else. I'd say Jeffrey Combs but he's already Rat King.

Regarding the British stuff, unless you are intentionally changing things, you don't want that because he's a total American G-man type dude. He's MIB, he's Agent Smith. You could make him be from another country's organization or an international one and do it though, sure.
