I went on a school-trip to London and I got back home yesterday.
I had a great time. So go ahead and ask me questions about my trip.

How do magnets work?

Do you enjoy honey mustard?

Why isn't purple a more popular color?

So we're not all as bad as we seem? :P

Oh sure, change the thread title & make me look bad. :tlol:

You did say "ask me anything!".

I didn't miss you telling me to get the f*ck out, in the post below this, either.

No idea what you're talking about.

No idea at all.

I've been to London twice. Pretty nice city. Huge and it has everything and people from all over the world. I also like how its metro is so old and big. Paris metro is old too but felt more creepy, dunno.

How was the food there?

Powder, Prowler and Gunpowder.
Seriously, why do you guys all have such similar names?
I only had breakfast in the hotel. It was good, nothing to fancy but decent enough. On the first day I went to an Indian restaurant. I liked the food but my stomach started to hurt in the evening.
On the second day I ate a cheese sandwich (I assume it's called that, it was a baguette with cheese), and in the evening I ate spaghetti in an Italian restaurant.
The third (and last) day I bought a sandwich in a restaurant in Kew Gardens. It had all sorts of sh*t on it and I hated it. I had fish and chips on the ferry to Calais.

London is a cool place, a over 100 year old toy store (although their TMNT stock was underwhelming ) and a huge M&M themed store.

Personally I like Manchester better.

I went to Hamleys. Bought Bellatrix Lestrange's wand for 20 pounds.
My friends bought those light thumbs and the pieces of string you can attach to objects.
They were disappointed when they opened the boxes, because in the shop you couldn't see the string or the fake thumbs.

What color pants did you wear the second day?

Pretty sure I wore jeans.

Why are you asking anyway?

*shrug* The offer to ask questions was rather open ended. :trazz:

Ok, real trip oriented question: Take home anything cool you got there?

I bought a wand, as posted before.
That's pretty much it. Others bought a lot more stuff.

Nothing. It was fun but there's nothing in particular which made me like it.

Very interesting, people wear jeans, & wands can be purchased there. I have learned a lot about London. :tlol:

I imagine the same could be said of most major cities, but I doubt it's as bad as NYC. :trazz:

I have a Chinese friend. He says all the stereotypes about Chinese people being horrible drivers are true.

Is it true that it rains pretty much all the time in London?

Car drivers only seem mental because we drive on the correct side of the road compared to most countries ;)

You've obviously never been to Paris or even Lisbon.

It only rained when we were still on the way to London.
Not a single drop when I was there.

Man, I should have posted here before I left.
You could have bought me dinner.

I don't live or work in the middle of London, more like right on the edges, so it would have been tricky to get in anyhow, especially as I drive to work.

Spending time with me is worth all that.

The only thing anyone needs to know about London is that it's an overcrowded, overpriced sh*thole.

Birmingham's much better...
