Should there be a Super Shredder?

I don't recall ever seeing a Super Shredder in the cartoons. None of the different versions of Shredder I've seen are like the Super Shredder from the 2nd Turtles movie or the video games.

Well the only potential show for this to happen is the Nick cartoon, and since that show loves mutating characters it might actually happen.

For uniqueness, about time he gets used, but only when a show ends it's run. Otherwise, kinda ruins Shredder's purpose of being this destructive antagonist who can beat anyone.

I would hope he doesn't, lol If he does, it should make sense. A super strong being like that I don't think would have died by having a bunch of wood fall on him anyway. I just don't know why they didn't make one in the cartoons yet.

But what kind of Super Shredder? The brawny savage-like one in the movie or the one in the games where he moves at incredible speeds, shoots fire, ice and a de-mutation ray? Or a combination of both or something entirely different?

They kinda did it in the OotS game, so something similar could be done in Nick.

You have that out there, then it doesn't make sense for Splinter to remain around with essentially a "cure" out there for him.

The whole Retromutagen thing has been handled okay thus far on the NICK cartoon, of course with it pertaining to Splinter that's not much of an issue anymore. So go for it.

You mean like that De-Mutation ray that Shredder had that the Turtles stole and kept it for the rest of the show, even went on and use it in more then 1 episode? I guess that's to late for that...

For me, the armored version of Ch'rell from Turtles Forever was a Super Shredder.

The closest to this was how the plot was thought to be in "Attack of the 50 Foot Irma!" (but with a ray instead of mutagen)

I think Supershredder and enlargement in general is a stupid concept for something like TMNT, which is supposed to take place in the shadows.

I personally don't mind if it takes place in the shadows or not, as long as it's entertaining. It's just strange how the idea of Super Shredder has been around yet they didn't once put him in the cartoon.

We've seen him get big and savage before but I also would like it if he moved fast like in the game where he left after images of himself, shooting fire, lightning, ice, and a de-mutation ray.

I can see it happening in Nick TMNT. If the show goes on long enough for them to work it in.

Nick TMNT loves to do rehashes and homages of past stuff and Super Shredder is one of those tentpole moments that I can see them itching to address.

Looking back it's odd it didn't happen, I mean Tokka and Rahzar were so popular they appeared in the videogames and eventually made it into the OT. Super Shredder was also super popular and was in videogames so I'm not sure why they never tried it. If it had been pre-Red Sky seasons it would've probably been a very goofy episode and maybe post-red sky it would've been too silly?

I hope the Nick show eventually has some type of Super Shredder.

If they have a Super Shredder they might save it for the final episode, and even might make a two parter out of it. It seems like a miss opportunity to not include a Super Shredder.
