Beau Weaver episode?

I noticed some unfamiliar actors listed in the credits of season 3 today, one of which was a fellow named Beau Weaver. Google has revealed he just portrayed a news anchor in one episode.

Anyone have a clue as to which episode? Just curious/ocd.

I am pretty sure he voiced the news anchor in Super Rocksteady and Mighty Bebop. You know the one who repeated "rutabagas". It is strange knowing how in-house the voice casting was. It also surprised me Peter Cullen only did the one voice in Return of The Shredder.

IMDB list him in that episode. I played the segment from YouTube. While it does sound like Peter I do think it is Beau Weaver.
