View Full Version : TMNT Improv Comic... Interested?
Heya folks! We've got a new project for ya'll. Anyone out there interested in doing an improv TMNT comic?
All the info's here:
http://www.undermanhattan.com/forums/topic.asp?whichpage=1&ARCHIVEVIEW=&TOPIC_ID=410
And we have the talented Miss Mab to thank for the idea. It'll be hosted at the Technodrome, so I figured you people would like to know. They'll be an official announcement as soon as it's started. Anybody interested?

This is such a good idea! I hope more people sign up soon. :) Speaking of Miss Mab...where is she??
She was here awhile ago. Her welcome message is up in TMNT Gen.

Ah yes, I found it. To think...she almost escaped the welcome mango!! How tragic that would've been...

Bweee! *is still carrying around Mango-Bob*
I gotta get up and starting on that. O_o Once all the mini-details are worked out and I get unlazy enough to finish pages, everything will be underway then you all are forced to witness MY HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR ART! Bwhahahahahahhahahaha!
Er...O_o I mean....*subtle topic change*
I'm hoping a lot of people want to do this, the more the better, that way we can get a really diverse story going on. :3

The improv comic was Miss Mab's idea, but it hasn't begun yet. She's just trying to get more artists to sign up and participate. Hmm...are you interested in joining, TC??
Funny, the link still works for me. It should take you to the UM forums, where Mab first posted the idea.

Hmmm... okay! It sounds like a cool idea!! I don't think I'll do too well with the story, though... :goofygri:
We don't have a story yet. :D It's supposed to be mostly random comedy around a skeleton plot. Wait'll Mab get us going, then we'll see.

Well, just don't sign up until then! I'm sure we can fend until you can get your scanner. You can join in once you do get one.
Welcome back, Amanda!

Thanks guys, good to be back. Well until tomorrow when I have to do 3d work and web design assignments again >.< But I'm slowly working on a July 28th update at my TMNT site, and drawing up the next page of PP *sweatdrop* Looks like I'm gonna be busy these next few months!

I think Miss Mab said she was going to go first, but I don't know when the improv is supposed to start. She hasn't been around lately, so she's probably busy.

Well I've just got Seymor 4 and Yu Yevon to beat now... but I have to travel around Spira to get the legendary weapons and hidden aeons first.... :(
Plus I've only played one game of blitzball so I'll have to play more... :x
And I'm determined to beat those nasty dark aeons, too.

Wow, you're a lot farther than I am. ;) I'm still stuck in the plains, trying to catch all the monsters for that guy. Oh, and I'm trying to improve all of my times for the chocobo mini-games.

I got swamped the second I got home from vacation so the improv got set back a while. I do have the start sketched though so with luck I'll be finishing them up quickly. :3
Its hard being the start since you gotta leave the comic on a sorta cliffhanger in order for the ball to get rolling.
But its underworks! Just as soon as i catch up with the missing projects I'm suppose to do first. X_x
