I used to watch TMNT and Bucky O'Hare and noticed that in the Aniverse, basically everyone there is an animal and is futristic while in Usagi's time they are in Feudal Japan and everyone there is an animal. I always thought at a kid that maybe Usagi was in the Aniverse, but at an earlier point in time as opposed to the future.
I do think there could have been a decent crossover featuring Bucky O
Hare and the TMNT. It could be feasible since Donatello had that trans dimensional portal and of course Krang and Shredder do as well.

Are you suggesting those two series share a universe? 'Cause they definitely do not, & should not.

Bit of trivia News on that point...
Usagi has a Spin Off Comic series called Space Usagi.in that Comic series we follow the adventures of usagis ancestor in the way Off future.so, basically it is Usagi set in a futuristic setting.
In the early 90s Space Usagi was optioned as an animated series (you can still find the short animated Clips featuring Usagi and gen online) but Investors wouldn't Touch the property in the end because a Hare in space was too close to bucky o'hare which suffered major financial failure (mainly because of some miss management of the shipping of the wonderful Toys)...
So, if the disaster with bucky hadn't taken place prior Usagi might have become a Saturday morning Hero starrring in his own Show😃

Usagi doesn't share a universe with TMNT either but they still did a crossover. Usagi Yojimbo wasn't made by the creators of tmnt, or by David Wise or any of them, they just did a crossover. Really I wouldn't be surprised if they were in the same universe. But I wouldn't mind doing a crossover and I could see Krang and Shredder trying to gain control of KOMPLEX or KOMPLEX takes over the Technodrome.
And really if you want to be technical, the TMNT can explore any universe they want. They have a transdimensional portal and could visit the marvel universe if they wanted to.
If you ask me, it's kind of a waste of that portal and not use it to have crossovers. They could have easily had a crossover with X-Men who have more or less the same problem as the TMNT, such as being mutants, having to hide from humanity and try to save it, ect.

No sh*t, Sherlock. But there was precedence there, Stan Sakai is a good friend of Laird's, they had already done comic crossovers with Mirage, & this was a way of getting a toy made of Usagi. Stan would never have his beloved character romping around in Bucky O'Hare's world. It'd be creatively bankrupt.

Saying something should do a crossover and it actually happening is two vastly different things.
Usagi crossing with TMNT is a special case as it was done between two friends, like I doubt we'll see Usagi in a TMNT property without laird, unless there's some business advantage for Sakai.
It's quite possible we'll see more crossovers in the comics, as IDW have worked with Marvel before in Star Trek/X-Men crossover, but Bucky O'Hare. If the IDW staff really wants a crossover, I'm sure Bucky's creators is starved enough for PR, but that's a big if on IDW's part.

That's fine if you disagree. However being a douchebag is not necessary. But you have displayed lots of douchebaggery in the past so I'm not surprised.

So says the guy who made a post solely to insult me twice in one-go because he dislikes being made to realize his pipedreams are exactly that. :trolleye:

...you realize that bucky o'hare's creators are two huge masters in the comic book field, right?

Well of course it can happen. Probably not officially. Would have to be some fan art but yeah I hear a lot of people say that something won't happen and then it won't happen.
But then you were never the smartest or nicest person on this forum either so I'm not surprised.

Bucky O'Hare was an OK cartoon. Maybe a second seson could be an Usagi crossover. But crossovers are probably only used if the cartoons, comics, films, TV series, books or whatever are published by the same companies, or the publishers are friends, relatives or whatever.
