What the heck did I just buy?

So, I was at my local comic shop today when a guy came in offering some Turtles stuff for sale. The owner had no clue what he was looking at and I was clueless as well but the guy offered me this stuff for $30.00 saying things were tight. I just wanted to help the guy out and of course get some Turtles loot, so I bought it and started searching...I have no clue what some of this is. I think it might have been part of one of the grab bags Mirage did so just wanted to post a link to my Flickr and see if you guys might know something.

You could have bought the actual book they & many more are from at that price, which would not only include the reprint of #1, but a big ass poster. $34 sealed @ Amazon.

I'm ok with that. Dude was in a bad spot so at least i helped him some.
