How many soft/rubber head figures?

I'm asking myself how many soft heads/rubber heads have been released throughout all the lines. Browsed the board in hope I'd be able to find some clear and in detail overview but there were none other than these:

Thanks to Dan and his site we know the 4 turtles came as soft heads with the fan club addition which weren't available widely across the globe and neither for a long time. Now that I found my Rocksteady to be a soft head I'm wondering how many there are in general.
