the clips shows were a decent ending i guess, but in your opinion does Ninja Turtles The Next Mutation deserve a more concrete final episode wrapping it up?

There's not enough interest.

You word it in the present tense, do you mean to ask if we think it should get one now, in modern times? 'Cause to that I'd say no. There's no way they could do it, & nobody (besides a few of us here) wants to see that universe revisited. Do I think it should have had a better one back then? Yeah, definitely. They cheaped out.

Nah, I think the show is better off left in the past. The funny thing is I actually liked the last episode as a kid, though I didn't know that was the finale at the time.

Well I finally got Netflix and managed to cringe and crumble my way through the episodes and lemme just say...

I don't like to bash just for the sake of it, but NM is utterly horrendous and virtually unwatchable, so no, they should leave it WELL alone.

If I ever win the lottery, I will fund and produce a two-part finale of The Next Mutation.

Try not to make it ****.

Of course it's not going to happen, it was a Saban prodcution and most of those suits are gone forever so it'd be expensive to re-create them. Especially for a series that ended nearly 20 years ago and isn't exactly a cult hit. I'd love one though. There's one episode where the Dragonlord is basically defeated that works as a finale and the episode where Shredder returns is a good cliffhanger finale. The clip shows don't really work too well, the first is more of a Raph/Leo rivalry while the second one works as a great tribute to Venus de milo but not really finales.

Next Mutation is pretty much the only thing TMNT related that I wouldn't want to see more of at some point. You tell me there's going to be a new episode of the Fred Wolf toon? Sure sign me up, I'll probably enjoy it even if it is bad.

Same for any of the other shows or comics or movies. But if a new episode of Next Mutation suddenly popped up I likely wouldn't watch it until I was just really bored one day and had some time to kill.

Well getting cheap mascot costumes and making a fan-finale with similar production values to the Blue Line train video, while exaggerating all of NM's flaws to ridiculous levels, would be pretty fun.
