For some series, like Heman, there's a "series bible". From it producers could pick up inspirations for the characters and locations. Unpopular things were never added into the series and therefore never canon.
The Heman one is here

Does any TMNT series have any similair series bible published on the Internet?

Such a thing would be more of a Necronomicon.

You ever seen The Gangs All Here? There's obviously no series bible.

I should make one. Well, should I make one?

Basically what you would expect for an 80's cartoon:
- No on-screen deaths. Leo/Raph can't use their blades directly on enemies unless they're robots.
- No romance that isn't played for gags
- Everything must reset to square one at the end of the episode because continuity is very light. Episodes are aired out of order so kids can jump in at any time.
- No plots that are too dark or violent
- No sexual innuendo of any kind unless very, very subtle.
etc.

Cartoon script writer Francis Moss offers a number of production resources (photocopies or PDFs) on his website, but it doesn't look like even he saved his copy of the series bible, if it ever existed.

I have to believe there is/ was a series bible out there somewhere. I have the series bible for the show in my signature, Dinosaucers, and if something that obscure had one then a TMNT one is floating around out there.
Show bibles are great reads and give a lot of great behind the scenes info about the who, what, when, where and why of it all. Interesting a turtle one hasn't surfaced

You ever seen The Gangs All Here? There's obviously no series bible.Oh so you're the one...
I think there is a series bible, almost certain of it as every show had one. Not sure if David Wise wrote it or Jack Mendelsohn. Worth asking either for it.

Having looked at the above link I wasn't aware Francis Moss quoted me. If I'd known i wouldn't have gushed on and on about him. :o

No need to believe Shredder mutated the entire gang.

If there is one, I believe it has a lot of all those characters who were made toys but never appeared in the series of Archie, maybe also the videogame characters like Tora, Shohgun and Aska?

I still don't understand what you were trying to say.

Yeah, I'm shocked it hasn't surfaced, too. The original series bible for The Real Ghostbusters popped up a few months ago. Very fun reads.
I'm guessing it would have been written after the initial 5-episode run.

I still don't understand what you were trying to say. There's someone who didn't like the episode you mentioned because it goes against what the Turtles stand for. I never had an issue with that episode to be honest.

No need to believe Shredder mutated the entire gang.
That and he literally invented a ray gun which reversed mutations... The destruction of which was treated like "Splinter just gave up the only chance he ever had to turn human again!" even though nothing implies it was impossible to make another one and other methods of reversing mutations are shown... At least six instances of mutations being reversed...
Anyway, any news a production bible surfacing?
