I was wondering who might win this.

I know a lot of people think the 1987 villains were pushovers but some were actually pretty threatning and Doomquest was one of, if not, the most the powerful being in the 1987 toon. Choral is powerful too but I was wondering how he'd handle against Doomquest. Doom quest could get up after being hit by laser cannons, had immense strength, enough to toss aside two super mutated turtles and could destroy the Dreggnaught himself.

Doom-who? Seriously, does anyone care about Doomquest?

Anyway, Ch'rell would probably win since the rules of what characters wins or loses usually comes down to which character more people care about or this case, even knows about.

you could answer the question without backhanded remarks attached. Uncalled for.

This is a good question. Ch'Rell straight up utrom Doomquest all day. But in shredder suit it's close. Might have to actually go Doomquest on it. There were some very interesting characters in the 1987 toon.

All I'm saying is that Doomquest is not a very noteworthy character, he was used in a twenty year old cartoon episode and we never saw him again. Ch'rell was the main villain for three seasons of a cartoon and he's currently making a comeback, comparing him to a non-entitiy like Doomquest is like comparing the Green Goblin to Paper Doll, you can do it but I doubt that many people will actually care.

Had to google who Doomquest was. Red Sky character, so no wonder I had forgotten about him.

Ch'rell would mop the floor with him.

It's difficult to judge, as Doomquest only appeared in one episode of the 1987 cartoon, so we don't know how good his fighting skills truly are. I'd say Doomquest, but it would probably be close enough, as Ch'rell appeared to have better fighting skills.

I always believed Doomquest was the most powerful person in the old toon, I couldn't think of anyone more powerful. He even said "no force in the universe can withstand me".

Still, Carter took Doomquest down in a sneak attack (and he didn't even mutate when he did) so I'd say Ch'rell would win big time if Doomquest didn't know he was there, if he did, he would probably destroy Ch'rell's shredder suit.

Ch'rell was a dangerous Utrom who had many years/centuries/whatever experience as a villain. His time masquerading as Oroku Saki/Shredder and getting even better at fighting made him a force to be reckoned with. No matter how many times they beat him., he always came back. Karai even mentioned this at the end of Turtles Forever.

Doomquest, while only a one-shot villain in the OT, was someone Dregg was genuinely scared of. The Turtles had a slight advantage of becoming supermutants even if, at the time, they were starting to lose their intelligence every time they mutated. But they used the brains over brawn method to finally banish him to the Darkrealm. A future confrontation would've been nice especially during Dregg's Krang and Turtle enhanced period or even in Divide and Conquer. But that was one of the best episodes of Season 9 and that says something about the kind of threat Dregg was at the time.

I always found the name "Doomquest" to be odd. Especially with quest at the end...sounds like a title of a book or something, not an actual character.

I thought the same thing when I saw the title of the episode at the beginning. I was surprised Doomquest turned out to be a character, I thought there was gonna be some kind of quest.

Yeah turtlefanforever is right, that was uncalled for. It doesn't matter whether he's well known or not. I will never understand why some people base fights on popularity rather than their powers and skill. Spider-Man is more well known than Eternity, but everyone knows Eternity would win. It would be best to simply answer the question. Or don't comment.

I don't know why people think Doomquest is a push over. The guy is unbelievably strong. Chrell is very tough, agile skilled and experienced. Doomquest got knocked down by Carter but then he also tossed two super mutated turtles with one hand. The guy wasn't just from the dark realm, he said he ruled the dark realm. Probably a reason why.

There is always inconsistencies with strength. Even the 80s shredder did that, where he could take down all of the turtles, and then get tossed aside easily. Chrell fought a cyborg Baxter stockman and had a lot of trouble, to the point where he needed the turtles. Doom quest took on a big ship called the Dreggnaught and won. Even when getting hit in the chest by a laser cannon, it knocks him down briefly and mildly annoys him.

If it was chrell from turtles forever, where he can shapes hit his arms and grow tall he would probably win, but if it was in the 2003 series, I don't think chrell would win. He would out up a decent fight though but I can't see him winning.
