I love the TMNT franchise

I've loved it for nearly 30 years. As much as I like other franchises such as Batman, Pokemon, Star Wars, etc....TMNT will probably always be my #1.

Nah! I don´t love this franchise as I used to. Don´t care about the Nick series, I stoped purchasing those figures, didn´t like the last 2 movies and haven´t paid too much atention to the IDW comics. Good times have long gone.

Eh, it's not that good to me. The 4Kids cartoon is one of my top 10 favourite tv shows and I still like the Fred Wolf series, but I don't care much for the Nick one or the films. I don't have an interest in reading the comics either.

I also love the franchise. Hardly have ever been what I'd consider a "casual fan". Got sucked-in in 1989 with the original series and love the TMNT across ALL incarnations, along with some fanfiction. Although it's hardly the only franchise I follow closely.

Its weird how much the fandom has changed over the last 15 years.

When I first came here in the early 2000's, this was a hardcore TMNT forum with hardcore fans of TMNT. We had hardcore views on the franchise with hardcore debates and hardcore visions of the future of the franchise. This place was so hardcore that it couldn't even get anymore hardcore.
