I was thinking, seeing as u guys in the US and us guys with a PAL adapter will be getting the game very soon, we could start a thread where we give hints and walkthroughs in levels 4 anyone who wants them.

Everyone enjoying the new game? Since this is the hints thread, I thought anyone who was the codes from the action figures might want to share? I feel stupid, 'cause months ago when I was getting all the figures, I just figured someone would have them all listed online so I threw the codes out. Lo and behold, I don't see anyplace on the net that has them...

Anyone have any of them? Or know what they do?

I have the PS2 version and will be getting my PC version when it comes out. I got a used PS2 console which is $30 cheaper than a new one. :) I like the game. I cannot get past the Dogo secrets level. I am still trying to figure out the book suggests.

Correction: I got past my bad level and now I cannot get past the Junkyard monster.

Douglar, this is what my guide says:

King Nail has a variety of attacks--sprays at you or dives to the ground. Stay near the boss and almost underneath it. From there King Nail can't blast you with poison. When it attempts to stab you with its claws, just dash behind it. King Nail gets stuck in the floor for a moment and you have a clear shot at its backside. Perform a combo and repeat until the creature is down to half of its life.

Once you have King Nail on the ropes, the fight gets ugly. The boss continues its previous attacks, but now when it stabs the groound it charges forward, slicing anything in its path to pieces. This makes it difficult to continue hitting the boss when it is on the ground, but this is still the best opportunityto attack. The boss also uses a sweeping attack where it circles the room or flies in a looping pattern around a specific area. If KIng Nail zooms around the room's perimeter, quickly leap onto the broken vat in the center of the room and the boss passes by harmlessly. If King Nail flies over a specific area, just avoid that location. Look for an opportunity to strike the boss while it is above you. A quick double jump and an air attack work well. Also use your shuriken to strike at King Nail while he is on the ground.

When do you get to fight Saki? I just beat the game with Donatello and I only got Shredder...is it on hard only? Or is it as another Turtle? And what in the last stage, I can see a square all the way to the right, but I never got to go there (game just ends after Shredder) How do I get there?

Same as me, I just beat Easy with Michelangelo, and it finished with Shredder falling off the roof :P Its either oyu gotta beat it on normal or hard, or beat it with Leo, so Leo is going to be the one I beat it with next :D

Heh, realise this is kinda late but thanks for the info Scientific Freak, I smoked King Nail a little while ago, layed the smackdown on Shredder and finished it with Raph, woo hoo! Going through it with Don now is much much easier!

I'm on the last level with Mike, but after getting my shell kicked there, I've been playing with some of the other characters. I've beaten level 1 with Leo, Raph, and Splinter. I'm trying level 2 with Leo, but crap! I have no clue how I'm going to defeat Nano without Mike's jump attack. I hate those barrels. Half the time I blow myself up with them. :P

To fight Oroku Saki, you have to beat the game with all 4 turtles. Then when you're beating it with the last turtle, Shredder won't fall off of the roof, but instead jump upwards. You'll then meet him inside the Shinto Temple without his armor, and you'll have 6 lives, which you'll need, since he's tough!

That square you're referring to is the Shinto Temple, Area 8, which is obtained with the method above.

When he flies you can go to the middle and when he gets by you, you can jump and attact him. When he lands on the ground go and attact him. You should beat him that way.

I don't know if people know already this but you know when you're fighting enemies and they get knocked to the floor a lot (I find it happens a lot with Raph) you don't have to wait for them to get up, doing an air juggle (the uppercut type attack) hits them even when they're on the ground. It may be dishonourable to hit someone when they're down but when you're racing against time like in the genetics lab filled with harmful gas or in challenge mode it can be useful

I just got the TMNT game for GameCube.

The game is excellent. nowadays I'm starting to see more Cell shaded games for today's games.

I managed to unlock some charaters for Vs. mode and i found a password to unlock a Splinter and casey Story Mode. I got far on story mode with Casey, I was kicking those enemies real easy with a hockey stick.

The one thing that bothers me is Hun's voice.
some reason his voice isn't simalar to the other one.

his voice isn't all the deep talking. More like a gravey like voice. It just bothers me.

so far I unlocked some offical artwork and charater designs. I still need to work on the levels.

I hope there's plan for another TMNT game.

When using Doantello to fight Hun, just jump on top of Hun's head, then you'll start to bounce. Now use you normal attack with your bo. You should be able to hit Hun. Watch out towards the end of Hun's life bar, he'll throw gernades and run. With timing and pateince, you should be able to defeat Hun. REMEMBER: You can only jump on Hun and not Shredder!

I tried that code and only got an error message. I've tried everything. I've beaten the game with all 4 turtles, I've beaten the game as Splinter, I've beaten chalenge mode, AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN CASEY!!! If I can't play as Casey on PS2, I'm gonna be really PO'ed. Why should Gamecube and Xbox players get to have all the Casey fun.

well i don't have a PS2 but, i have beaten the game with casey.for the ps2 cheat codes go to www.GAMESPOT.com and you should be able to get casey in story mode ,but for 2 player you need to beat casey with raph in story mode.

I beat the entire game with Michelangelo, only because I had the fire shurkin(sp) cheat on. I can get through the first and second level fine, but when I get to the Nanotech guy 3.0 I can't finish. I know I am supposed to kick the exploding cans at him, but I can't figure out how to kick or aim them.

You don't necessarily need to use the cans either - you can also fire shurikens at them from a distance when the big Nano sucker comes up close to the cans and when they explode they'll deal some damage. What I ended up doing (and this is actually easiest with Mikey because of his version of the move) is just jumping at him when he's open and kicking the stuffings out of him. At least that's how I remember doing it.

okay, i'm still stuck on the last level of the first game. i'm using Raph and i was killed in the trap stage and i was *puts fingers close together* this close to getting in. but a monster killed me. what makes things worse is that i can't get back there again. i can't get past the flame ninja!!! :x if you have any hints, i would be really greatful

......suddenly everything makes sence! :D but seriously, i got past the traps OK, but i just need hints fighting the fire ninja for the final time. i'm alright with everything else....i think :tsweatdr: BTW, thanks for the advice Spitfire. once i get to the trap stage, i'll be ready :evilgrin:

I DID IT!!! i've completed the game as Raphael useing Spitfire's dash suggestion and a double defence code. thanks tOkKa and Spitfire. you two have helped me see the best thing - Raph kicking Shredder's butt :D
