I've tried everywhere on the internet and couldn't locate it. I even wrote Dan Berger but even he couldn't help. Good luck to ya though.
I heard somewhere that that was simply a promo, and nothing ever came of it... I know I heard it somewhere, but I don't remember where or when, so I could be wrong about it.

Hmm... Since it's a promo comic, I doubt that any of the online retailers are selling it. Your best bet is probably Ebay, though you can also try posting in Buying/Selling/Trading (http://www.thetechnodrome.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=8) forum to see if any of the members are willing to part with their copy.

It's just a mini comic of the opening fight with the Purple Dragons from the first episode of the new cartoon. It doesn't even have standard pages; they fold out instead of you turning them.
You'd probably want to look for people selling the FoxBox promo.
The unfortunate thing with promos is that a lot of them just end up getting thrown away instead of saved, making it difficult to find them on the secondary market.

Yup it was given away in a little cardboard box (a "fox box" if you will) the box itself is really cool, each side of the box featured an add for a show, one side was Ultraman, another Ultimate Muscle, and one TMNT (It was before the TMNT's designs were revealed so it was their shadows)
Inside the box was a CD rom that had alot of cool things on it: the opening's to all the shows, except for TMNT that is, (this was before they had any animation done yet) However it did contain a live action teaser in which four real baby turtles are on a man-hole cover and then a computer animated TCRI ozze canister comes out of a truck, smashes and covers the turtles in the (also computer animated) green ooze. Also contained was the show's original theme song (not with any picture, it was an audio file) completely different from the one that was used. You could also listen to the theme songs to all the shows, including the unused TMNT theme by putting the CD into a normal CD player!
Then there was a sheet of stickers, there was one sticker of Raph, althought like a said this was before the character designs were revealed so it was a shadow of raph.
Then of course there was that awesome little comic book done by Micheal Doony which was an adaptation of the first couple of pages of TMNT issue one (fighting the purple dragons) the art was really good and since Doony actually did the character designs for the show the designs match up well with the show (the only difference is that the tape on the weapon's aren't multi-colored) Looking at this little thing really makes me want to see Doony illustrate an issue of the new Tale of the TMNT.

If it's any help, I bought a Fox Box on eBay. It's been awhile but I think I paid like $7-10 or so for it.
