Some people are starting to speculated that we could be seeing another Leo get chucked through the window, in this version too. Or it could be Raph instead.

Honestly I don't know, part of me would be pissed because it's another stolen Leo arc but at the same time I'd be curious about Leo's reactions if it happened to Raph. However it wouldn't make sense if it happened to Raph as Leo was technically the one who defeated Shredder and I could see him wanting revenge on Leo more than the others.

I'm more interested in knowing when the heck is this series going to air the rest of season two :-?

Personally, after disappearing for half a year, you'd think it might have returned with an immediate half hour arc-centric ep to generate a little interest...

You'd think they were waiting for episodes to finish production, but after six months or so, surely those they finally put out last week and upcoming have been sitting there waiting to be aired. One might also have thought that with so many people ordered to remain home and a lot of kids probably watching a lot of Nicktoons right now, they'd have taken advantage of that and brought it back sooner and consistently... :tconfuse: Just seems weird to miss that opportunity.

Well, you haven't missed much content-wise for the most part, just that a couple baddies have been grabbed by a mysterious black shadow at the end of a couple of the eps. (Sorry for spoiler, but I guess I'd already mentioned it anyhow.)

Though I'm curious to see what they do with that...someday when we get to it...a billion years from now.

It's cancelled in the sense that it hasn't been renewed but all the episodes ordered have probably been made already. They're dragging out the release of new episodes because... I'm not sure honestly.

At least the third one sounds decent, even if it almost sounds like we're starting to repeat themes, bringing back the Battle Nexus thing instead of getting back to Shredder. (Unless Shredder will be some still largely mindless beast they have to fight.)

Literally the only flaw this show has for me, is April. She is so obnoxious & overpowered & we see WAY too much of her. Seriously, we just had like 3-4 April centric episodes in a row, most of which not even featuring the turtles. I hate her. Considering the lifespan of this show was cut short, it's a shame so much time was wasted on her.

Everything else has been freakin' ace. Raph hanging with criminals, the boys stuck in a fashion loop, I've really enjoyed the new episodes otherwise.

I guess we now know if its canceled or not, says final not season final. Episode part 3 is the most intresting title in my opinion. Its funny how no matter what version every turtles series ends with them facing the Shredder.

Those are strange titles in the middle of a season. Did they axe it early or, given the "Rise" title on the last (This late in the game? Really?), is the second half of the season going to be their "red sky" period?


edit: If it isn't profiting enough, it might make sense to cut it off early, if they did do that. On the other hand, it's a bit annoying in that case just how much the arc was largely ignored, because no matter my personal feelings on this one, I'd at least like to see it wrap up being what it had supposedly wanted to be according to their pitch before the show premiered.

For a show that wanted to go this whole mystic route, the mystic city has just barely played much of a role at all, kind of feeling largely like an excuse for giving them magic weapons...and Mayhem who? Not seen him in forever now.

It wouldn't be the first time a show got cut short than attended, I've seen that happen on a few occasions. With really low ratings its been getting and zero toy sales it wouldn't surprise me. I agree with the last title being called rise that would be a strange for a mid season final.

There's speculation that things are going to get more serious. so maybe something bad happens in that 4 part final, so the turtles have to grow up and become more serious, maybe Leo becomes leader. Maybe they are getting rid of Rise in the title and replacing it with something else.

I've seen this happen before too, something that was so unpopular that they had to fix it the later half of the series. If this is the case hmm I'd be fine with that. If they do that the episode title Rise would make sense.

I have no idea what Leo is up to if that's in the four part episode.

I'm likewise assuming so, esp since the ep precedes an obvious Shredder one...

...but if I was to make a plot twist guess, my guess would be Draxum.

He hasn't comfortably accepted the good guy life, he has slowly been regaining his powers, and he could be using his newfound closeness with the Turtle clan to his advantage.

It's probably Shredder. But. They did kind of throw away the Draxum plot a bit early just to entirely sideline him. Wouldn't take much for him to get hold of that Shredder ring the Recruit took possession of.

Okay so I'm guessing their mystic weapons get destroyed and the energy from them are then moved to their original weapons or maybe Draxum transfers the energy to their old weapons especially if something does happen to Splinter I could see them wanting to beat the foot using the weapons their father originally gave them.

I didn't realize until now that they are probably holding Mikey back while looking out of the back of their vehicle. Meaning Raph in the background is probably one driving. Possible that Splinter is actually being left behind after he orders them to escape. edit: Or not... looked at gif again, I guess Raph is standing there. Though still betting Splinter is left behind.
