Night of The Rogues is a favorite of mine from the moment I saw it as a child because it was a team of villains, three of which I really love. Do you think the lineup of the seven was a solid group or if they were to regroup who should be in a second incarnation? Tempestra was likely there just because she was a woman just as how the plot called for the turtles ( Raphael especially) to understand the good of humans so Zach as a human was inserted. Scumbug and Anxtrax only appear in this episode yet have a history of encountering them before as to them being apart of the group, Scumbug a mutant though human or bug originally is not clear, but Antrax appears to be in Krang's employ similar to General Tragg.

So if the The Rogues or whatever formal name you would give them were to ever gather again I would like to see:
Rat King as the field leader
General Tragg
Leatherhead
Slash
Chrome Dome
Groundchuck
Dirtbag
Antrax

I would like to see if there is any relationship between Tragg and Antrax since they are both in Krang's employ where as Grounchuck and Dirtbag are overlooked and it would be cool to see them in such as a group. Rat King arguably has the most insight and the bigger threats as one of the few humans that face the TMNT even if he is not a general. Leatherhead and Slash I just simply love, Leatherhead's dialog in this version is such fun even if he is just a bully. Slash, while I love Archie and IDW as the anti-hero and he is just a dimwitted pet of Bebop gone wild it is fun seeing him interact with other villains. So how about the rest of you, who should be included? Who should be left out and why? Should Shredder be involved at all as a backer or are they on their own simply wanting revenge on the shellbacks?

Night of the Rogues is one of my favourite episodes too, even though it has flaws. They were solid lineup imo, but I’d prefer if they came back on their own. Shreeka’s the one villain who could join them that comes to mind.

The weird thing about the episode was that they were all motivated by money, and once they weren't getting paid, just went away. I would think revenge would be more of a motivator.

I'd like to see:
Ray
Lotus
Baxter
Sopho
Metalhead
Usagi

Yes, it was odd that riches was the motivation when revenge is Leatherhead's thing and Rat King while his motives riches have never been a factor. Heck, none of them could really spend the riches aside form Rat King considering they are not human.

You know you are listing allies, right? Usagi is a a friend and Lotus was duped. She is an ally in the end. Metalhead could always be rewired to revert to evil, but he is an ally.

I had thought about a group that might go after The Shredder, Baxter Stockman wants Shredder for his abuse and mutation while Rat King has stood up to Shredder. Also, it can be written that Razhar and Tokka were accidently mutated when Groundchuck and Dirtbag were, but left to wander, only for Shredder to trick them into helping their "father". So Rat King, Baxter, Razhar, and Tokka team against The Shredder. This is just a thought I had when I wrote further episodes for the series in fan fiction. Maybe not, but the direction lead me to think this could happen.

Also, Beserko and Shreeka were wronged by Krang so they would not neccessarily work for either Shredder or Krang, but team up to kill Krang.

Rat King is the only one who can show up at broad daylight in a town on Earth. Tempestra, for examaple, is energy generated from a video game chip. She's not expected to live in Human society, work 9 to 5 and use money.

I definitely feel Scumbug and Anxtrax should have got an origin story.
