Imagine if you will year 5 of the TMNT timeframe and the turtles are very experianced ninjas and fighters however over the years their fighting styles began to diverge a little, Ninjutsu is still their foundation but each of them picked up something in their years of fighting. Raphael for example I could see having an MMA influence in his style think of boxing, wrestling and Muay Thai along with Ninjutsu. Mikey I could see doing Caporia or Drunken Boxing or some other style that is heavy in evasion and trick movements.
