I don't know if any of you watched the TMNT shorts that came out a few years back. But which art style would you like to see a future TMNT cartoon use?

I haven't watched all of them, but I liked the one with the mechs. It has that DCAU feel.

He means the 2016 SDCC TMNT shorts (https://miscrave.com/articles/sdcc-tmnt-shorts/) which were overall better than the 2017 TMNT summer shorts (https://miscrave.com/articles/tmnt-summer-shorts/) which had more but were shorter in length, and actually we're still missing a few of them that were never released sadly.

Although I'd tone down the steroids and preferably skip any anime influence in the style of animation, among those shorts this part of that "Time (and Space)" one is the closest to what I want...

And thank you for the reminder/clarification, didn't really recall anymore that they were a separate set of shorts.

Can we please have that style for the next tmnt? Nickelodeon executives if you’re reading

I mean Avatar & Korra were kinda like that style and they’re hugely successful

I like the style that was done by the creator of Invader Zim I feel like they could some crazy animation for fights scenes in that style and the Shredder looked badass in that quick scene of him in the short.
