what happens in the last tmnt adventures chapter?

i have read almost evry tmnt adventures comics but the last ones the moon eyes saga what happend with ninjara raphael and mike?

Ninjara left Raph to be with Mokoshan. I'm a little fuzzy on the whole thing, I haven't read the issues in a while.

weel ive got the tmnt comics that i have ordered,and after read the moon eyes saga its kinda strange its look like ninjara stays with mokoshan,but then she say that she will go back to japan to her people.
anyway its a cool story,but i hoped that raph and ninjara would stay togehter well maybe archie will make more tmnt adventures and then get ninjara and raph together.

also in the comic it says that a new tmnt issue is out on may 1995 and its called "the end of the beggining" but isn it the end at 72 tmnt adventures issues or is it made more than that? :-?
