I know Christmas passed, and the spirit of it is gone by now, but I wanted to do a different discussion anyway.
Apart from the awesome fights, characters or plots that complete the TMNT, I love those moments when they just make you happy because of it's wholesomeness.
For instance, I always remembered the 2003 episode of "Touch and Go", where Raph, out of nowhere, passes some time with an old blind lady.
I mean, Raph being the soft hearted turtle is a pretty common gag they use, but that episode's ending just makes me so happy (even tho I doubt how the lady actually believed Raph's excuse for gifting her thousands of dollars out of nowhere).
