Didn't know where to put this since it's kinda related to all of the series. I got Roku recently and installed Pluto TV.

Just saw 'Dragon's Brew' from the TMNT 2003 series, and how they're showing this Savanti Romero multi-part series about gathering up the classic monsters from the 2K12 series, which is kinda cool cause I missed that the first time.

Apparently it's a Nick Totally Turtles channel. I assume Rise will be on here too, not sure about the original 80's show, but damn it would be sweet if they did.

Anyone else seen this channel yet?

EDIT- never mind. After the full monster story and the first episode of the Usagi episode, now they're showing more 2003 TMNT. Too bad, it woulda been awesome to see the old show somewhere again.

Nick still doesn't own the original cartoon, Lionsgate does. So they can't air it without paying licensing fees.

Pluto is owned by Viacom and they have all of 2k3 and Nick 2012 playing there. Technically they could air Rise too but I'm not sure if that's there. This is basically the next best thing for the 2k3 series since they never did new DVD sets, so at least it's all up streaming for people who never saw the series before.

Funny you mention it, because the Totally Turtles channel is practically all I'm watching lately.

I'm pretty sure Fred Wolf Films (http://www.fredwolffilms.com/) (or whatever the company's official name is these days) remains the legal owner of the series. But Lionsgate has distribution rights for the USA and maybe a few other regions.

I'm guessing the Rise series will end up on Netflix (probably exclusively) when the movie is added and that's why it's not on the Pluto channel.
