What is your favorite friendship in Ninja Turtles?

Hamato Yoshi and Splinter. Splinter was such a good friend, he made some mutant turtles kill his murderer for revenge. Someone should really a boy and his dog story with them... "A Boy and His Rat".
Hm... Technically that's the premise of the Pokémon Anime...

I quite like how they in addition to having the standard Casey/Raph bromance in the 1990 movie also had a Casey/Donatello one too. I really liked their banter when their fixing up the truck and later when he Don teases Casey for being a claustrophobic.

This may have influenced the Mirage books too. Shades of Grey showed how their relationship went from indifference to antagonism. By the end of City At War Casey is seen to be upset that Donatello isn't moving back to NYC with the rest of them and instead staying behind in Northampton with Splinter. By the beginning of Vol.4 we see the two have developed a friendship similar to the 1990 movie were they've bonded and both enjoy fixing up the armored truck.

I love that Leo's closest friend outside of his family is with a character (Usagi, of course) from a completely different comic/franchise and owned by a different creator.

That sort of makes the real world kind of like a wormhole between theirs.

They're brothers, but I see them also as good friends with each other. This extends to most incarnations as well.

I remember asking what people's favourite relationship among the Turtles was, but this question is broader and more interesting.

I'm gonna say the friendship between the Turtles and April. She's their first ever human friend and their main link to the outside world. The fact a normal and well-adjusted young lady like April is willing to befriend the TMNT and help them out as if they were her family is pretty sweet and heart warming when you think about it. Most humans are either grossed out or distrustful of the Turtles.

I know the Turtles end up meeting and befriending other humans along the way, like Casey Jones, but April will always be their number 1 friend.
