How come in the turtle movies, it takes the turtles 15-16 years to grow to their full size, but it only takes tokka and razar a few weeks? does it have anything to do with shredder making the professor add more ooze?

I'd say it was an error...but that might be it too....hmmmm...

i think it has to do with the ooze, because at the end of the movie they do same but in opposite, to revert the mutation

The Turtles accidently crawled in ooze.

Tokka and Rahzar were under scientific help. :)

Case Closed.

I also wondered that when I saw the movie. My theory has been that Professor Perry used the ooze to mutate Tokka and Rahzaar, so maybe he did something different with the ooze that made them mutate faster. He made the antidote that helped change them back quickly (with the help of a little CO2, that is), too. I dunno, but that's what I think. :)

Yeah, Prof. Perry said he had contaminated the ooze, which may have changed the timing of mutation. Also, we don't really know exactly how fast the Turtles and Splinter mutated. In the comics, it was fairly quickly (about a year, I think.)

I have two words for you:

Plot. Device.

Can you imagine the budget if the producers had waited 16 years for Tokka and Rahzar to grow up? We'd still be waiting!
