TMNT actor help

As most of you know, I'm steadily a DJ among my scattered TV, voiceover and composing gigs. I have an uncle in NC who is a KJ (Karaoke jockey) and one of his employees was an actor named Mike Massey. He eventually had to let him go because he couldn't get a crowd going, but, this guy said he was the original Leonardo. Says he wore the suit for Leo in the 80s. Now, I know that the original voice was Cam Clarke and that the movie was made in 1990 so don't start a jumpin' on me as if I haven't been following the TMNT my entire life :) Heh. Okay. Anyway, were there any TMNT projects that required an actor to wear a suit in the 80s? Was there a music tour in the 80s or did that only follow the movie? Has anyone heard his name associated with TMNT? Just interested.

I'm not at all familiar with that name. Maybe he was Leonardo at Walt Disney World?

I once met Leo at a Toys R Us store opening.. maybe he had that gig?

Sounds like this guy is really pulling your leg. He's apparently ignorant of the fact there are still hardcore TMNT fans out there that know what the facts are and thinks you're ignorant about that too ;)

Nah, I know for a fact that he was at one point a movie actor...I dunno why a grown man would lie about TMNT. Seems he would lie about something a little more prestigious if he was going to lie at all, y'know? Who knows.
