I've been hearing that April was turned into a turtle in the Archie comics. Dan Berger said it must have happened between issues 41-72. Anyone know which comic it was, this I gotta see!

Thanx

Jarrah White.

You're looking for one of the TMNT Adventures Specials, issue #11 to be exact. nfortunatly, the Official Website no longer has that one in stock, which is a total bummer cause I would like to see that issue too.

Anyone notice that she didn't look female at all when she transformed? And the look on Don and Raph's faces after she changes back, sans clothing?

I had a feeling you'd pick up on that part, Doom!

I don't think my statement that she didn't look female was nearly overreactive enough to warrent a "knock it off".

sorry it wasnt just to you....I'm just so sick of everyone crying and bitching over stupid things.....that are seriously pointless or either childish...

for crying out loud.......it's not real!! frankly I'm glad april didn't have breasts ext. I hated how venus had them I think it looked wrong on a turtle....

Funny, I don't recall him having said anything about breasts. Simply that April didn't look feminine. There are LOTS of different ways to imply "female" other than breasts. The shape of the face, eyes, mouth. The fact that she's so heavily muscled doesn't help either. If they'd made her thinner, given the illusion of eyelashes, etc. they could have easily made her look female with her looking any less turtle-ish.

I didn't say he did...I was saying what I'm glad she didn't have I will also add hair....painted finger nails.....girly colors.....happy now lol
I was just using one thing as an example...the thing most "men" associat with wimen...I'd say breats or long hair would be it....

Okay. :D

While I usually don't mind if female turtles/reptilians have breasts (I have several female turtle characters, and I've used both body types,) I do draw the line at hair. Of course, even then, it really would depend on the story/situation. It's also a matter of taste and aesthetics.

Didn't the official site just post #41, 42, 43, and 44. Jarrah was looking for 41 through 73 so they don't have all the comics.

Did you look at the site before you posted this or just post to be posting?
