Donatello, the other rude dude?

During my rewatch of the first and second seasons of the fred wolf series, I noticed that Donatello has just as many snarky "rude" moments as Raphael does.

do you think Donatello is also a rude dude like Raph or do you think Raph is more of a rude dude than Donatello?

I think that while Raph is definitely the main "cool but rude dude", Donatello does have his moments, his snark is just shown differently depending on the situation.

what's your interpretation?

Donatello is definetly the angriest of the FW turtles

Donnie gets pigeon-holed as "nerd who can build anything & loves science" but he's arguably the most multi-faceted of all 4 turtles, across the board. He makes tons of wisecracks, gets moody, can be particularly violent at times, saves the day with strategy, he's like all 4 turtles at once, when balanced right. In Mirage, he's a pretty dark guy, at times.

In FW Don has pretty interesting personality: he is genius, slightly arrogant and has some disdain to humans. Also can be quippy. I don't think other versions of Don are like that.

This is completely true when you actually think about it. Donnie is pretty cool aint he :lol:

That's why I love FW Donatello. He isn't just a stereotypical nerd. He has a temper, is somewhat arrogant and also has good leadership qualities. He feels more like a leader than Leonardo does at times, even. Often the Turtles strategy was Donatello coming up with an idea/invention and Leonardo approving it and following suit.
